    Obituary:
Mrs. Anna McComb, wife of Dr. I. N. McComb, died at the home in this city last Friday, October 3rd, cause of death being a paralytic stroke.
Decedent was born in Germany in 1852 and at the age of five years, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joachim Radloff, emigrated to America. They settled at Waukesha, but soon after removed to a farm in the town of Brillion where a son, J. M. Radloff still resides. In 1878 she was united in the holy bonds of matrimony, at Appleton, to Dr. I. N. McComb, then just entering upon the practice of medicine in our city, and here this respected couple have lived ever since.
Four children have blessed this union, namely Dr. E. V. McComb, Menominee, Mich., Ross located at Babb, Mont., connected with government engineering work Vila at Chicago and Mildred at home. All the children were given exceptional educational opportunities, both parents being well educated and with a high regarded for the advantages intellectual training affords. The mother taught school and her life in this community is a record of good deeds, a democratic and charitable spirit toward all, love of Art and Literature and a refinement of sentiment that precluded all unkindly thought and unseemly self-exaltation.
She was a good woman, modest, refined, a gracious neighbor, and a mother whose children will revere her memory while the breath of life is in them. The people of our community who have known her will feel deeply for the bereaved family. Deceased was a member of the local Camp of the Royal Neighbors and of the Woman's Club of Brillion.
The funeral took place last Monday from the residence. The floral offerings were most beautiful and numerous.
