Obituary:
Sophia M. Wolfinger, Eland, died July 29, 1948. She was born September 13, 1860 in the town of Wilson, Sheboygan County, the daughter of the late Henry Hahn. Sophia was united in marriage to John Wolfinger. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Wolfinger and Werner (Laura) Wolfinger; and grandchildren.
Interment was held August 2, 1948 at St. Philomena Catholic Cemetery, town of Norrie

Obituary:
Werner William Wolfinger, age 81, Eland, died Saturday, May 2, 1981 at Wausau Hospital Center.
He was born June 7, 1899 in Sheboygan, the son of the late John and Sophia (Hahn) Wolfinger.
On July 8, 1925 Werner was united in marriage to Laura Buss in the town of Norrie. She preceded him in death on September 2, 1958.
Survivors include four daughters, Alice (Robert) Steebs, Eland, Dorothy (John) Yaeger, Wittenberg, Joyce (Robert) Sharon, Antigo and Kay (David) Norrbom, Eland; 33 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one brother, Tom Wolfinger, Alberta, Canada.
In addition to his wife and parents, Werner was preceded in death by a brother, Henry.
Funeral services were held May 6, 1981 at St. William's Catholic Church, Eland. The Rev. Claude Zabinski, OFM officiated. Interment was in St. Philomena Catholic Cemetery, town of Norrie.
