Raymond G. Spranger , (February 24, 1906 - April 5, 1982)
Raymond G. Spranger, age 76, Eland, town of Elderon, died Monday, April 5, 1982 in the town of Elderon.
He was born February 24, 1906 in the town of Elderon, the son of the late Mathias and Antoinette (VanDeHey) Spranger.
Survivors include 2 brothers, Lyman, Wittenberg and Herbert, Hatley; 3 sisters, Lillian Van Wettering, Melrose Park, IL, Verna Lukasko, Eland and Adala (Herman) Grissman, Eland. In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death 3 brothers, Norman, Lester and Orville.
Funeral services were held April 7, 1982 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Wittenberg. The Rev. Claude Zabinski, OFM officiated. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
