    Obituary:
    Satorius, Elaine Mae Kenyon
Elaine Satorius, 84, passed away October 24, 2007. Born on July 3, 1923, to Frank LaRue of Superior and Laverne Wiedenhaupt of Kaukauna and adopted daughter of Isabelle Kenyon. Elaine was proud of her 13 years employment at Pierce Manufacturing until she left in 1977. Pierce re-named the Touch-up Department where she worked, "Granny's Department" after her. She was an avid Packers and Appleton West fan, but most importantly, a cancer survivor.
Elaine is survived by: Dennis Sr. of Crandon; Bonnie (Rich) Retza, Appleton; Timothy (Barb) Satorius, Appleton; grandchildren: Wendy, Dennis Jr., James Retza, James Jr., Jamie, Jenny, David, Dylan, several great-grandchildren and special friends: Rose Ann (Mickey) and Eddy Milbach.
Sons David Paul in 1983 and James Lowell in 2006 preceded her in death.
We would like to thank Dr. Fox and his staff, and Dr. Vogt, the staff at Appleton Medical Center and The Martha Siekman Center for their compassionate service. All who knew her will sadly miss her. Elaine was a very kind, generous and loving person who will always be in our hearts.
As per Mom's wishes, there will be no visitation, but a small service for family and friends on October 31, 2007, at Highland Memorial Park Chapel at 11 a.m. with a private burial later. In lieu of flowers, the family will establish a memorial fund for Cancer Research Foundation.
