Obituary:
McKenna K. Frenkel, Hortonville, age 1 , passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007, after an eight month struggle with leukemia at U.W. Children's Hospital in Madison. McKenna was born, June 28, 2005, in Appleton, daughter of Jeff and Amanda (Viergutz) Frenkel.
She is survived by her parents: Jeff and Amanda Frenkel; her big sister, Kaylen Frenkel; her maternal grandparents: Janet and Bob Shaffer, Gobles, Michigan; Milt and Kay Viergutz, Marshfield; her paternal grandparents: Robert and Janice Frenkel, Wausau. She is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many loved ones.
The Funeral Service for McKenna will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at Christus Lutheran Church in Greenville with Pastor Dave Morton officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m., and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be accepted for the McKenna Frenkel Scholarship Fund to benefit Hortonville graduates.
