    Obituary:
    Dean Patrick Bourin, 73, Green Bay, died peacefully, Sunday, July 13, 2008, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Green Bay, to Walter and Marion (Santy) Bourin. Dean served in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean War. He was employed as an estimator at Mill Coating. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed poetry and was an avid participant in shooting sports.
    Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; eight children and their spouses, Mitchell and Judi Bourin, Robert and Mary Bourin, Andrea Bourin and her special friend, Josh, Patti and Chris Ussery, Cheryl and James Finn, Coni Bourin, Kerry Schieter and Scott Nimmer, Jennifer and Brad Lloyd; 14 grandchildren; his former wife, Jayetta Bourin; his special godmother, Myrtle Pringle. He is further survived by two sisters-in-law and their spouses, Mary Lynn and Gordy Kuemmel, Donna and James Stevens; two brothers-in-law and their spouses, Richard and Martina Frechette; Pershing and Dorothy Frechette.
    He was preceded in death by his parents.
    Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. A Celebration of Dean's Life will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Sr. Toni Jendrsiak, SSND, officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
