    Obituary:
Hey everyone, if you are reading this, I died at the age of 60 on Saturday night, May 19, 2012 in the Green Bay area. I was born on June 1, 1951 in Kewaunee, on Henry St., the youngest (5th) child of the late Anton and Verna (Hafeman) Seidl. At the age of 1½, I moved to a farm on River Road. Later on, I went to Holy Rosary School and the Kewaunee High School.
I was married and then annulled/divorced, went to technical college, and had some computer training. I became a Certified Nurse's Aide (C.N.A.) and enjoyed that career with a passion, but unfortunately my accident ended all of that. Various other jobs didn't pan out due to health problems, so I started to babysit some of my grandkids and cousins. Seeing these babies grow up since they were 6 weeks old was a pure joy.
I enjoyed life; I didn't just sit on the sidelines just watching, well actually I did … but that's beside the point. Watching people go through their paces and antics so to speak was fun. I had a chance to meet a lot of distant cousins through all the genealogy that I was involved with. I even managed to get a couple of family tree books printed. Another one of my passions was crossword puzzles, and I enjoyed the Press-Gazette daily puzzle for many years.
My daughters and grandchildren were the loves of my life. How they could make me laugh. The guys in my daughters' lives: Matt, Mike, and Matt, you three are doing a good job making my girls happy. I love yah for it, believe me. A couple of you could lighten up though.
I was lucky to have sisters and brothers by my side through all the hard times and best of the good times. If I have never mentioned it before, I love you all dearly. Voni, my big sister, always felt the need to protect me somehow, and sometimes keep me in my place – yes, Mother! Sue was always there to understand me, make me laugh, and lend a shoulder to cry on. Boy, what a pip she was, inso? Bob was there to enjoy a good antic or two, some good ones, too, huh bro, and share some drinks. Oh, by the way, Bob, I can now do the 100 mile dash around the house. Randy was there as the silent type, but I always knew he loved me. Believe it or not, I could get him talking too. John, Thanks for all the phone calls, they were great. Donna, my sis-in-law, I got to make her laugh - she has a great laugh.
Some nieces and nephews, you know who you are, that came to visit me, some knocking at my window at 1:00 a.m., thank you so much, I always enjoyed that. I was also fortunate enough to have some very dear friends in my life, you know, the ones that you could rely on through thick and thin.
My three daughters and grandchildren will go in life: Michelle (Matt) Mueller and their daughters, Lauren and Sydney, of Appleton; Cynde (Mike Tebon) and their sons, Brennan and Brady of Luxemburg; and Brenda (Matt) Bley and their children, Sophia and Henry of Egg Harbor. Also my two brothers and one sister-in-law: Bob Seidl of Tisch Mills; and Randy (Donna) Seidl of Green Bay; one sister and one brother-in-law: Voni (Paul) Kinjerski of Kewaunee; one brother-in-law, John Gay of Sturgeon Bay; and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
I am not going to have a funeral service, as I have always mentioned. I don't want people to pass me by, and look at me when I am dead, bad enough you had to look at me when I was alive. Most of me will be put to good use I hope, as I am a body donor. Think about that yourself and help others. The rest of me will be cremated and my final resting place will be in the mausoleum at Fort Howard Memorial Park in Green Bay. Cotter Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements. You can send an online condolence to my family at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
My wish is for all of you to enjoy life and leave all kinds of pettiness behind, they are not worth the time of day. Have a card party for everyone and remember me with smiles. I am now with my mother and father, and my sister, Sue. It sure is nice seeing them again. I will say "Hi" from all of you. Take care … Love Yah muches…, Sandi."
