    Notes:

    Obituary:
Craig Edward Wheeler, age 45, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly at home among friends on January 9, 2011.
Craig devoted his Sunday's to the Green & Gold, but when the green flag waved for NASCAR he would gather a crowd to watch "The Big Show" as you could smell the turkey cooking on the grill. Whether it was quading, camping, concerts, fishing, traveling to the next race or just hanging out, he did live life. He did it with a smile, He did it his way. Craig leaves us with one last quote. Party like a rock star! Heaven is his big show now and we know Alan Kulwicki, and Earnhardt Sr., have a spot waiting for you at the finish line.
Craig is survived by his parents, mother, Tess Wheeler, Menasha; father, Richard (Stella) Wheeler, FL; sisters, Debbie (Bob) Fox, Appleton; Dianne Bricker and Bill Graverson, Appleton; Marcia (Dick) Moder, Neenah; Michele (Brian) Boettcher, Menasha; Jennifer (Garry) Wymer, Little Chute; brother, Joseph (Debbie) Wheeler, Willmington, IL; Beloved Nancy Wheeler, and stedaughter, Tiffany (Eric) Neuber, Neenah; nieces and nephews, Amy (Wes) Sokel, Bobby Fox, Andrew, Alex, Lauren and Allison Bricker, Brandon and Sam Moder, Eric Van Eyck, McKenzye and Blaine Wymer, great-nieces, Lacey Sokel and Skyler Neuber, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and friends.
Craig was preceded in death by his, grandparents, a nephew, Richard Fox, great-nephew, Preston Sokel and special relatives, Mitch and Mike Gumma, aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, January 14, 2011, at Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond Street, Appleton. Craig's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. to the hour of service. A memorial fund is being established for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN; 38148
Dear Craig, Not only were you my big brother and protector you were my friend. I will forever miss your kind heart and your gentle spirit. Your pain is gone now, so please climb your stairway to heaven and wait for me. "Fly with the Angels my big brother, Be Free. Your little sister, Jennifer.
To my beloved son: On April 5, 1965, God gave me the most precious gift of all; a child we named Craig. You were bar none, the warmest, kindest, caring person that God could give a mother. You brought great joy to everyone around you; everyone has a story they remember about you. To a mother, children are a precious gift that we love no matter what they do in life. You gave me all the joy a mother could ask for in spite of the problems you had in your own life. I remember how happy I was the day you told me you would go to college; until, you said you wanted to go to Skip Barber Racing College..Not!!! Life was a journey, you enjoyed the ride, even when you were so sick. Now God has taken you back home where my mom can now watch over you for me. I am sure the party has begun with Mitch, Mike, Uncle Bob and Uncle Vince; the four men in your life you thought the most of. Save me a place.
    Love Forever, Mom
