    Obituary:
Bernice L. Landskron, age 90, of Menasha passed away on Wednesday morning, April 27, 2016 at Gardens of Fountain Way Assisted Living Center. She was born on August 15, 1925 in Appleton, Wisconsin daughter of the late George and Mildred (Schroeder) Meiers, and was primarily raised by her father. She attended Appleton High School and left there to take a job at the Kimberly Clark Lakeview Mill during WWII. While working for K-C she met Fredrick Landskron. Bernice and Fred married in October of 1948 at St. Therese Catholic Church in Appleton. They settled in Menasha as members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters, a son, and 46 wonderful years before he preceded her in death in February, 1995. After raising her three children, Bernice returned to work at Kimberly Clark - Badger Globe, then worked at Jersild's Knitting Mill, and eventually retired from Lion's Pride at the age of 74. Her hard-working, selfless nature led her to many volunteering opportunities after her retirement, including the Christmas Giving Program at the Boys and Girls Brigade. She loved crafting, teaching crafts, and sewing. She sewed many of her children's clothes, and her daughter's dolls never wore a store-bought outfit. Bernice's kind, nurturing soul will be dearly missed by her adoring family.
She is survived by her children: Nancy (James) Wilson, Crivitz; Shirley Parman, Appleton; Thomas (Charlene) Landskron, Menasha; 4 grandchildren: Jaime Wilson, Christopher (Stacey) Wilson, Andrew (Sandra) Landskron, Nicholas (Ashley) Landskron; six great grandchildren: Adler, Keegan, Brinley, Michael, Tarrah, Emma; and her brother-in-law, Richard (Joann) Landskron. In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, Fred, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Keith Parman, a brother, George Jr., a sister Dolores (Russel) Behnke.
A private service will be held for Bernice's family. She will be entombed in the Shrine of Heaven Mausoleum at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Neenah. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
