Obituary:
Martha M. Haupt, 96, Little Chute, passed away Monday, July 8, 2013. She was born January 8, 1917, in Little Chute, daughter of Henry and Bertha (Driessen) Winius. She was united in marriage to Joseph F. Haupt on July 24, 1943, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be "Deeply" missed by everyone. Martha had worked for SS Kresges, Sandy's Cleaners, EZ Glide, Haupts Bar and Parkside Care Center. She was a past leader of the Girls Scouts and Boy Scouts. Up until her death, she was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #258, St. John's Mission Club, and the Senior Citizens group. Martha enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing cards. She had many fond memories of fishing trips to Pelican Lake. When she wasn't fishing she was playing cards, sheepshead of course. In her later years, the casino trips with family and friends were special to her. She was an excellent seamstress. She had made patch quilts for all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Martha is survived by her loving daughters: Carol (John) Baker, Appleton and Christy Haupt, Little Chute; her daughter-in-law, Kathy Haupt, Little Chute; five grandchildren: Karrie (Doug) Thompson, Little Chute; Brian (Patti) Haupt, Freedom; John (Cindy) Baker Jr., Hudson, WI; Michelle (Jeff) Frye and Chad (Lesley) Baker, both from Darboy; 13 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Lester (Pat) Winius, Little Chute; Joseph (Terry) Winius and Alice Hermus, Kimberly; Harriet Masch, Julian, CA; Henry (Claire) Winius Jr., and a sister-in-law, Isabel Winius.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph on January 25, 1987; her son Robert on September 3, 2005; her parents Henry and Bertha Winius; her mother- and father-in-law, Elizabeth and Nicholas Haupt; brothers and sisters: William, Harold, Ray, Albert Winius, Ann Dereks, Agnes Sporakowski and Alma Dorchner; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Pearl Winius, Elaine Winius, Leonard Sporakowski, Annamae Winius, Robert Masch, Gilbert Dorchner, Henry (Helen) Haupt, Hans (Helen) Haupt, John (Helen) Haupt, Bill (Edith) Haupt, Roman Haupt, Maggie (Cyril) Robedeaux and Josephine Verbeten.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 11, 2013, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine St., Little Chute, with Fr. Ron Belitz officiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. at the church until the time of the Mass.

Haupt, Robert LeeRobert Lee Haupt "Bob," age 58, Little Chute, passed away Saturday, Septem ber 3, 2005, at Appleton Medical Center surrounded by his family after a c ourageous battle with cancer. He was born, November 22, 1946, in Little Ch ute, son of Joseph and Martha (Winius) Haupt. Bob married Kathy Vandenber g, September 14, 1968, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chut e, where he was a lifetime member. He was a former member of the Army Rese rves. Bob was employed at Thilmany's for 36 years, most recently as a mas on until his retirement in 2003. He enjoyed time spent with family and fri ends at the cottage on Roberts Lake. He was a huge NASCAR fan, enjoyed sno wmobiling, fishing, golfing and hunting. The family trip to Mexico in 20 03 was a cherished memory by Bob and his family. The "special gals" in Bob 's life will always remember the crafts given to them at Christmas time ev ery year.Bob will be deeply missed by his wife, Kathy; his mother, Martha Haupt, Li ttle Chute; daughter, Karrie (Doug) Thompson, Little Chute; son, Brian (Pa tti) Haupt, Little Chute; grandchildren: Tori Jo and Tyler Haupt and Ja ke and Lexie Thompson; sisters: Carol (John) Baker, Appleton and Chris Hau pt, Little Chute; mother- and father-in-law: Margaret and Ray Vandenber g, Little Chute; brothers-in-law: Bob (Sue), Mike, Gary (Mary) and Dan (De b) Vandenberg; sister-in-law, Lori (Tom) Paque; Godchildren: Michelle Fr ye and Mark Vandenberg; numerous nieces and nephews.Bob was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Haupt in 1987.Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2005, at S t. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute with Rev. Patrick Beno of ficiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Friends m ay call at the church from 1 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the mass.The family would like to thank the staff at the Martha Siekman Center, D r. William Guenther, Appleton Medical Center 3 South, the ICU unit and nur ses for their loving care of Bob. Also all the support shown to the enti re family from friends, neighbors, family and fellow parishioners over t he last few years is greatly appreciated.Papa, thank you for all of the great memories, we'll always love you.
