Obituary:
Lucille L. Theyel, age 86, of Appleton, passed away Saturday, March 18, 20 06, at Brewster Village. While surrounded by her family, the angels broug ht her home to new life. She was born in Kaukauna on November 10, 191 9, to the late John and Ella (Burke) Walsh. Lucille married Frank in Apple ton on June 10, 1950. She was a member of various church organizations thr oughout her life and belonged to the "Red Hat Society." She was also ve ry dedicated to her family.Lucille is survived by her children: James Kerkhoff, Green Bay; Marilyn (T om) Brock, Greenville; Bonnie (Lyle) Malliet, Neenah; Marcia Reis, Appleto n; Paul (Pat) Theyel, Wautoma; a sister, Rosella Buechel; 18 grandchildre n; and 19 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by Viola Lamberie s; sister-in-law, Ruth Theyel; and numerous nieces, nephews, other fami ly members and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and most recently her sist er, Marion Van Zeeland.Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2006, at S t. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1810 N. McDonald Street, with Fr. Gerald F alk officiating. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Frida y, March 17, 2006, at the Valley Funeral Home with a 7:30 p.m. prayer serv ice. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park.The family of Lucille would like to thank Dr. Michael Werner, Fr. Gerald F alk and the compassionate staff at Brewster Village for their care.
