    Family History Researcher:
I was searching Google for Wencel C. Bohr and ran across the Family Tree site.
This was exciting to find info about him and his wife Alice...through his son Wencel Bohr.
Is there a way i could contact their son,, Wencel ? I have a picture of his parents that he might enjoy to have. His parents and my parents were friends in the 1950's. My parents lived in Merrill, Wisconsin. I am not sure how they were friends but I remember Mr. and Mrs. Bohr visiting our home during those years.
Is there someway I could contact either son?
Thank you for any help you can provide

    Obituary:
Barney Driessen, age 95, passed away at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Barney was born in the town of Woodville on September 2, 1922, son of the late Michael and Bertha (Ver Bockel) Driessen. He married Mary Van Roy on February 7, 1946.
Barney was a life-long member of St. Katharine Drexel (St. Francis) Parish in Hollandtown, worked on the family farm for over forty years, worked at Thilmany Pulp and Paper, and plowed snow and worked on the town roads in Woodville for many years before becoming Town Chairman. He held the Chairman position for twenty-four years. Being a busy man, he also found time to work at the Dundas Canning Factory as well as delivering milk and eggs to migrant workers in the area.
Barney was a very active member of the Dusty Trails Snowmobile Club, and drove his four-wheeler well into his 90's. He had a great love of fishing, bowling, baseball, and playing sheepshead, cribbage, and scott with his many friends. He enjoyed being an umpire in Hollandtown for the youth baseball program, loved to watch his sons play football, and loved to cheer on the Packers and the Brewers. Two of his great joys were going to Dan and Lyn's cottage up north, as well as trips to the casino.
Barney is survived by seven children: Carol (Ed) Carroll of Hollandtown, Lyn (Dan) Smith of Hollandtown, Pat (Larry, deceased) Jensen of Waupaca, Jerry (Peg) Driessen of Kaukauna, Tom (Vicki) Driessen of Kaukauna, Dick (Linda) Driessen of Kaukauna, and Bill Driessen of Brillion. He also leaves behind a sister: Esther DeBruin, and a sister-in-law: Josie Robinson. There are also seventeen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary in 1990, and infant son Dennis Gary, his in-laws Martin and Frances Van Roy; his faithful companion of twenty-three years Ag Liebergen; two brothers Ray (Florence) Driessen and Harvey (Minnie, Erma) Driessen; a sister Helen (Jack) Mader; and in-laws Quinten DeBruin, Casey (Marge) Van Roy, Toni (Elmer) Lopas, Gerald Grissman, Grace (Melvin) Graf, Edward Wirth, and Don Robinson.
The funeral liturgy for Barney will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH - ST. FRANCIS CHURCH in Hollandtown, with Msgr. James Vanden Hogen officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. For more information or to share a memory of Barney, please visit www.wichmannfargo.com.
Barney enjoyed spending time with all of his family. He especially loved his grandchildren and his extended family of grandchildren that became his family. He was loved and admired by many, and will be greatly missed. Now he is at peace and has joined his many family members in heaven.
Barney's family would like to extend their sincere thanks to everyone at St. Paul Elder Services and St. Paul Hospice. You cared for our dad like he was your very own, and we will always be grateful for your love, care, and compassion. God bless you all.

Kaukauna - Surrounded by her loving family, Alice M. (VerBockel) Marx went to her heavenly home on June 5, 2018 at the age of 93. The oldest of 11 children, she was born on March 8, 1925 in Kaukauna to Peter and Catherine (VanderLoop) VerBockel.
Alice married the love of her life Edward Marx on July 22, 1944, in Hollandtown. He preceded her in death in 2006 after 63 years of marriage. The only thing better than her vegetables and salsa were her chocolate chip cookies.
Alice is survived by her children: John Marx (Carol), Cathy Marx, Mary Campbell, Dale Marx (Cindy), Judy Dix (Al), Jerry Marx (Connie), Terry Muntner (Dave); daughter-in-law Pat Marx; former son-in-law Scott Campbell; 20 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
She also leaves behind her siblings: Agnes Karner Rademacher, Joan Beach, John VerBockel (Joanne), Mary Fassbender, Janet VanDeLoo (Cliff), Clarence VerBockel (Judy), Lynn Lerquin (Fran); and sister-in-law Mary Anne VerBockel (special friend Jack).
Alice was greeted in heaven by her husband Eddie, son Edward, infant son Thomas, great granddaughter Hadley Bomstad, brothers Jerry and Gene VerBockel, sister Teresa (Fink) VerBockel, brothers and sisters-in-law Norbert Karner, Cliff Rademacher, Tom Beach, Leo Fink, Loraine Gauerke, Isabelle VanBoxtel (Casey), Isadore (Lorraine, Bernice), Clarence Marx (Dorothy), Janet Fischer (Ray), and Ken Fassbender.
A funeral liturgy for Alice will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at St. Katharine Drexel Parish - St. Francis Church, located at 433 State Road CE in Hollandtown, with Fr. Willie Van De Loo officiating, assisted by Deacon Steve Vande Hey, Pastoral Leader. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Kaukauna. Obituary:
Benjamin Daniel Karner, 41 of Kimberly passed peacefully on August 12th, 2017 due to a brain aneurysm. Ben was born to Marcie(LaDuke) and Norb Karner on April 22,1976. Ben graduated from Kimberly High School in 1995, and started his career in farming at the early age of fourteen, working on farms milking cows then working on farm equipment. He currently was employed by Schmidt Buildings and Equipment in Kaukauna. Ben also served as a Volunteer firefighter for Kimberly and currently with the Town of Buchanan.
There was nothing Ben could not fix, take apart, or put together. Ben also had a love for old cars. He owned a 1979 Monte Carlo that he enjoyed working on with Caleb. Often, he could be heard in the neighborhood or miles away. Benjamin was loved by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his laugh and love for people, always working on something for family or friends or just hanging out in his shop that he created and was so proud of. On August 29, 2009 Ben and Jennifer married. They shared the most incredible life together, a love that was deeper and unlike any other. He was the love of her life.
Ben is survived by his loving wife: Jennifer Karner, and his two children: Daytana Sky Autumn Roloff, Caleb Daniel Karner, and his stepson Kevin Shuckhart whom he loved like his own. Additional survivors include a brother: Rex Karner; a sister: Katie (Ryan) Feucht and their sons Ian and Henry; his paternal grandmother: Agnes Karner Rademacher, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ben is also survived by Jennifer's parents: Ernest and Karla Shuckhart, Jr; her brother: Robert Shuckhart and his children Robert and Hyden Shuckhart, and Julie Giordano; her sister: Heidi Shuckhart and her daughters Ciara Shuckhart and Kylee Long.
A celebration of Ben's life will be at Christ the Rock Church in Menasha, Saturday, August 19, 2017 with visitation taking place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm followed by the service and a tribute from the Firefighters. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
The family would like to give a special thanks to some significant friends in Ben's life; Brent Otto, Jason Reinke, Craig Day and Brad Miland. The family would also like to thank Dr. Bhattacharjee and all the ICU nurses at Theda Care Regional Medical Hospital for their exceptional and compassionate care given to Ben.
Benny, You grew to be a handsome, helpful, hardworking man. Thank you for two wonderful grandchildren to carry on your legacy. Your ultimate gift of organ donation is proof of how you lived life, always giving and helping others. We are so proud of you, missing you always ~ Love Mom & Dad
I never thought in a million years I would be saying goodbye. We had so many hopes and dreams for our future and to grow old together. I cannot imagine how my life will be without you by my side. The tears in my eyes I can wipe away, but the ache in my heart will always stay. Till we meet again my love ~Jennifer
Through his gift of organ donation, he will live on through many others.
