    ancestry connection email; I saw you research on the Campbell family on the rootsweb site. I am a the grand-daughter of Agnes Celilia Campbell (B) 28 Mar. 1908. the youngest daughter of Bernard Campbell and Catherine Scanlan- would love to collaberate with you. I have been trying to locate where in Ireland Bernard Sr. Immigrated from, but no luck. Look forward to hearing from you. jennifer

    Jay, I had a hard time finding her, since she was not listed with the rest of the family, then I found her living with a relative in 1910, 1920-Leo Bos, and remembered that she told me she was raised with an aunt. Do you have a date of death for Catherine Scanlon? Do you have any info where in Ireland Bernard Sr. was from? I have a Family tree on Ancestry- Dillon Family Tree or Rawley/Hayes Tree (has more recent info on Hayes /campbell ), where I have attached records that I have found along with the Famiy information. I don't have the more recent info as I have been working backwards, but will update you when I have it

    Obituary:
    Kathleen A. Lichter, age 87 of Somers, died on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center. Born in Racine, WI on August 13, 1928 she was the oldest of six daughters born to the late James C. and Agnes L. (Campbell) Hayes.
    She attended St. Luke's School of Nursing and began her career as a Registered Nurse at St. Catherine's Hospital. On April 7, 1951 at St. Rose Catholic Church, Racine, WI she married Nicholas John Lichter. They resided and raised their six children in Somers, WI. After retirement, Kathleen volunteered extensively at the Shalom Center Soup Kitchen, as an EMT for The Village of Somers Fire Department and the St. Catherine's Hospital Auxiliary. She was also an active participant in the Four Seasons Garden Club and the Catholic Women's Club. Kathleen was an avid reader and game player. She especially enjoyed her bridge group and Bananagrams with family and friends.
    She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Nicholas Lichter; her children, Judy Lichter of Sparta, WI, Lisa (Craig) Zimmerman of Onalaska, WI, Nicholas Jr. (Margaret) Lichter of LaCrosse, WI, Mary (Nick) Breunig of Fountain County, WI, Michael (Debi) Lichter of Chugiak, AK and Gretchen (Tim) Montee of Sturgeon Bay, WI; four sisters: Noreen, Sally, Judy and Diane; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia.
    A visitation for Kathleen will be held at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home on Thursday, March 17th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 4817 7th Avenue. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the Mass. Interment will follow in St. George Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
