    Obituary:
    Harold W. Vanden Boogart, Kimberly, age 93, died Wednesday May 13, 2015 at Kimberly Assisted Living. He was born in Appleton on August 6, 1921 to the late Albert and Sophia (Hopfensperger) Vanden Boogart. In his younger days, Harold played accordion at various clubs with Gene Verstegen. He worked at the Big Shoe Store for many years and retired from Prange's.
    Harold is survived by his daughter Nancy White; daughter-in-law Carol Vanden Boogart; and sister Lucille Freund. He is further survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his children: Dennis Vanden Boogart and Shirley Zinda; son-in-law Bill White; and sisters Evelyn (Heini) Jansen and Delores (Arvin) Meltz.
    Visitation will be held Sunday May 17, 2015 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 3:00 p.m. until time of funeral at 4:00 p.m. Deacon Vincent De Groot will officiate. Committal Highland Memorial Park. To sign the guest book, please visit oconnellfh.com.

    Kimberly - Lucille M. Freund, age 95, of Kimberly, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018. She was born on December 29, 1922, daughter of the late Albert and Sophia (Hopfensperger) Vanden Boogart. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend and caregiver, Lorayne Evers. Lucille was preceded in death by her daughter, Antonette Freund.
    Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 101 Canal Street, Little Chute. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
    A special thank you to the staff at the St. Paul Home for the compassionate care that was given to Lucille.

    Delores A. Meltz, 90, Combined Locks, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 25, 2014. She was born March 28, 1924, in Little Chute, daughter of Albert and Sophia (Biebow) Vanden Boogart.
    Delores was an avid card player, playing with her extended Pynenberg family for over 50 years. She enjoyed watching tennis, bowling and spending time at the cabin in Mountain. Delores had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Combined Locks.
    Delores is survived by her loving daughters: Carol (Steve) Wolk, Vicki (Peter) Taff and Lori Lauer; grandchildren: William Giles, Barbie Wavrunek, Shane (special friend, Jenny) Mommaerts, Hannah Lauer, Peter (Connie) Taff and Tiffany Taff; 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; a sister, Lucille Freund; a brother, Harold Vanden Boogart; and many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
    Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Arvin Meltz; her parents; a daughter, Shari Giles; a grandson, Brian Giles; a great granddaughter, Michelle; a sister, Evelyn Freund; sons-in-law: Edward Giles and Tom Lauer; a niece, Antonette Freund; special friends: Rich (Ann) and Jerry (Blanche) Pynenberg.
    Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 410 Wallace Street, Combined Locks, with Msgr. Jim Vanden Hogen officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Combined Locks.     The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staffs at Parkside Care Center and Theda Care at Home Hospice for their care, compassion and patience. Also to Earl Wallace for all he has helped with over the years.
