    Betty Stebane, age 88, passed away on April 7, 2015 at Garrow Villa in Brillion.
    Betty was born on May 11, 1926 in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Joseph and Clara (Ecker) Schuh. She was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 1944. On June 10, 1944, she married Albert Stebane, Jr. Together they farmed in the township of Holland for many years. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1997. She also worked at Leverenz Shoe Factory in New Holstein, and later Brillion Iron Works, the place where she retired from. Betty enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching, babysitting grandchildren, watching their sporting events, her senior citizens group, and playing cards.
    She is survived by her children, four daughters and one son: Carol (Jim) Nushart of Pembine, Diane Mancoske of Darboy, Beverly (Bob) Heisler of Butte de Mort, Sharon (Jerome) Fischer of Brillion, and Robert (Judy) Stebane of Hollandtown; grandchildren: Ken (Lori) Nushart, Brian (Cheri) Nushart, Joseph (Aimee) Nushart, Craig (special friend Kelly) and Curt Heisler, Mike (Robin) Mancoske, Elizabeth (Tom) Horn, Jacob (special friend Jennifer) Fischer, Megan (special friend Alex), Melissa (fiance' Darron), and Matthew (special friend Brooke) Stebane; great-grandchildren: Jake, Jeremy, and Joshua Nushart, Tyler, Joey, and MaKenna Nushart, and Dom and Luke Nushart; one brother: Joe Schuh; and sisters-in-law: Rita and Eileen Schuh; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son-in-law: James Mancoske; sisters and brothers-in-law: Caroline (Adolph) Dvorachek and Lucille (Larry) Hauser; four brothers-and three sisters-in-law: Frank, Ray Bill (Josephine) and Louis Schuh.
    Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Faith United Methodist Church in Brillion. Officiating will be the Rev. Jean Schmidt. Entombment Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
    Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m.

    Obituary:
    Luciel Margarett Hauser, age 87, passed away on January 6, 2015 surrounded by family. Lu was born on July 5, 1927 in Maple Grove, Wisconsin to Clara and Joseph Schuh. She married Lawrence Hauser on Aug. 17, 1946. He preceded her in death in July, 2013.
    Lu and Larry spent many happy retirement years in Lake Placid, Florida. She moved back to Appleton after his death to be close to family.
    Lu is survived by 14 children: Sons, Harold (Nancy), Craig (Pat), Mike (Allison), Allen (Janet), Glenn (Debbie), Ron, Bill (Kris), John (Lisa), James (Kristin), and Bruce. Daughters, Susan Robenolt, Nina (Dave) Ring, Betty (Jerry Zimmerman) and Mary Lindner; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sister, Betty Stebane and brother, Joe Jr.
    Lu was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Barbara, four brothers and two sisters.
    The funeral liturgy for Luciel will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 11:30 AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 500 W. Marquette St. with Rev. William Van Dynhoven officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of the mass. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. The family would like to express their gratitude to the entire staffs at Appleton Medical Center and Appleton Retirement Community.

    Brillion - Joseph E. Schuh Jr. age 85, of Brillion, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Brillion West Haven. He was born on September 10, 1932 in the Town of Maple Grove, son of the late Joseph Sr. and Clara (Ecker) Schuh. Joe was a graduate of Brillion High School class of 1950. In his younger years, he was a great baseball and football player. He loved bowling and fishing trips to Canada, and was an avid Packer and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Joe worked for Struebing Metals in Brillion for many years and also delivered Meals on Wheels in the Brillion Area. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Survivors include 2 sisters-in-law, Rita Schuh of Plymouth, Eileen Schuh of Brillion and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Caroline (Adolph) Dvorachek, Lucille (Larry) Hauser, Betty (Albert) Stebane, 4 brothers and 1 sister-in-law, Frank Schuh, Ray Schuh, Bill (Josephine) Schuh and Louis Schuh. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, April 30 at NOON at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Timothy Brandt will officiate.     Appleton - Betty Joan Hauser, 61, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Betty was born on November 11, 1956 to Lawrence and Luciel (Schuh) Hauser in Appleton. On July 12, 1991 she was united in marriage to Jerry Zimmerman. She worked at Mills Fleet Farm in the corporate office. She had a wonderful personality and made friends wherever she went. Betty was a loving wife, mother, nana and a friend to everyone she met. She was a very giving person and always put everyone before herself, she was are angel looking over everyone. Betty was a strong and fiercely independent person who was the inspiration and glue that bonded her whole family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed the sun, sand and water. Betty especially enjoyed a country drive. Her family was the most important thing to her and the time they spent together will always be cherished.
    Betty is survived by her husband Jerry, children; Jessica (Nathan) Hatch, Scott VanHeuklon, Nicole (Tony) Lillge, grandchildren; Liam, Zoe, Kaylyn, and Elayna, her siblings; Harold (Nancy) Hauser, Sue Robenalt, Craig (Pat) Hauser, Mike (Allison) Hauser, Allan (Janet) Hauser, Nina (Dave) Ring, Glen (Debbie) Hauser, Ron Hauser, Bill (Krissy) Hauser, John (Lisa) Hauser, Mary Hauser, James (Kristen) Hauser and Bruce Hauser, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barb Hauser.
    The funeral liturgy will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:30 AM at ST. PIUS X CATHOLIC CHURCH,500 w. Marquette St. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday December 21, 2017 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Wichmann Funeral Home and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church on Saturday. The family would like to thank St. Elizabeth Hospital and Theda Care at Home Hospice and all of the care givers over the last months for their compassionate care, support and help to make it possible for her to remain at home with her family by her side.
