    Obituary:
Thomas Frank Seubert, 77, of Marshfield, WI, died peacefully at his daughter's home on Saturday, July 26, 2008, under the care of ThedaCare at Home Hospice. He was born in Marshfield on October 12, 1930, to Andrew and Anna (Steinwagner) Seubert. He was educated at St. John the Baptist Catholic School. He married Nancy Ann Nelson at St. John's Catholic Church on January 21, 1951.
Tom farmed his entire life in the Town of McMillan. Tom served on the planning commission for the Town of McMillan for several years. He was a member of the Palm Sunday Choir for almost 30 years. He was also a member of the choir at St. John's Church; this group was a second family to him. After Nancy's death, Tom became a Hospice volunteer for Ministry Health. His ability to serve in this capacity meant a great deal to him.
Tom is survived by children: Sue (Al) Baerg of Everett, WA; Jean (Jim) Schultz of Appleton, WI; Ken Seubert of Marshfield, WI; and Mark Seubert of New Port Ritchy, FL.
Tom took great pride in his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They include: Kathy Seubert; Christie Seubert; Alex (Chrissie) Baerg of Everett, WA, and their children Elizabeth and Matthew; Laura Baerg of Everett, WA; Sarah (Brian) VanCleve of Port Washington, WI, and their son George expected in October; Becca Schultz of Milwaukee, WI; Timothy Schultz of Appleton, WI; Emily Schultz of Appleton, WI; Joseph (Tiffany) Seubert of Stevens Point, WI, and their daughter, Jada expected in October; Christopher (Lara) Seubert and their son Dayne Lee; Julie Seubert of Marshfield; Angela Seubert of Marshfield and Kaitlyn Seubert of New Port Ritchey, FL. A sister, Ann Heim of Appleton, WI, also survives him.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Nancy, a son Michael, a sister Adelaide, brothers: Robert, Melvin, Andrew and James.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church, with Rev Charles D. Stoetzel officiating. Suzanne Golden will be the organist along with the St. John's Church Funeral Choir. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, with Joe Seubert, Chris Seubert, Brian VanCleve, Tim Schultz, Ken Montley and Dave Kundinger serving as the pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, and again on Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services. There will be a parish prayer service at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family extends a thank you to ThedaCare at Home Hospice for providing care for Dad; to Aspirus Extended Care for their help; and to Sister Rita and all his neighbors and friends, whose help and concern allowed Dad to stay in his home for as long as possible. Most of all Dr. Hilary Bingol and her staff have our gratitude for your compassionate care of Dad, enabling him to live life to the fullest and to die with dignity.
As music was such an important part of Dad's life, in lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John's Choir or another music group of your choice would be appreciated.
