    Ruth E. Tank, New London, age 92, was taken to her heavenly home on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Ruth was born on March 25, 1915, in the Township of Lebanon, the daughter of the late John and Helene (Paap) Tank. She had been employed at Manderfields Drug Store in New London for many years until her retirement. Ruth was a lifelong member of Emanuel Lutheran Church of New London.
    She is survived by her sister Alice Tank, and three sisters-in-law: Doris Tank, Weyauwega, Joyce and Margery Tank, both of New London. Also surviving Ruth are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Besides her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by five brothers: Harold, Carl, Allen "John," Vernon "Fritz," and Arthur, and two sisters, Esther Jacquot and Verna Gruetzmacher.
    Services for Ruth will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London with Rev. Brian Hennig officiating. Burial will be in the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph Residence for their care of Ruth during her illness.

    Alice A. Tank, age 91, New London, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013, at St. Joseph Residence, New London. Alice was born on October 18, 1921, in the Town of Lebanon, daughter of the late John and Helene (Paap) Tank. In her younger years she was a homemaker, keeping up the house for her parents and siblings. Later she worked at Rugotska's Bakery and the New London Hospital until her retirement. She was a wonderful cook and seamstress. She was a lifelong member at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London. Her faith was a very important part of her life. She was a member of the Ladies Aid and LWMS at Emanuel.
    Alice is survived by three sisters-in-law: Joyce Tank, New London; Margery Tank, New London; Doris Tank, Waupaca; She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, her special friend Nancy Klug, her neighbor who helped her in many ways.
    Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Harold, Vernon (Fritz), Carl, Allen "John" and Arthur Tank; three sisters: Esther Jacquot, Verna Gruetzmacher and Ruth Tank.
    The Christian Funeral for Alice will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London with Rev. Marcus Schulz officiating. Burial will be in Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Lebanon. A visitation for Alice will be held directly at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
    A special thank you goes out to the staff at St. Joseph Residence for their wonderful care and concern of Alice.

    Obituary:
    Carl Tank, of New London, age 81 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at New London Family Medical Center. Carl was born on August 24, 1923, son of the late John and Helena (Paap) Tank. On May 12, 1962 he was united in marriage to Joyce Klingbeil in New London. Carl farmed his entire life in the Town of Lebanon except for a short time when he served in the U. S. Army.
    Carl was a clerk for the Town of Lebanon for 44 years, president of Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery association for many years, Emergency Fire Warden for 45 years, served on many church boards in his younger years and was a director on the New London Co-op board for many years.
    He is survived by his wife Joyce; his children: Mary (Dan) Luckwaldt, Woodville; and Alan (Penny) Tank, New London; two sisters: Alice Tank, New London; and Ruth Tank, New London; a brother, Arthur (Margery) Tank, New London; brothers-in-law: Franklin Gruetzmacher, Hortonville; Maynard (Jeynelle) Klingbeil, Columbia, South Carolina; and Gary (Betty) Mytton, New London; sisters-in-law: Doris Tank, Weyauwega; and Karen (Jim) Smiley, New London. Carl is further survived by two grandchildren: Laura Beth Luckwaldt and Rebekah Joyce Luckwaldt; and also numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
    He is preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Douglas James, two sisters: Esther Jacquot and Verna Gruetzmacher; and three brothers: Harold, Vernon and John.
    Funeral Services for Carl will be on Friday, February 4, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London with Rev. William Favorite officiating. Burial will be in the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home on Thursday (TODAY) from 4-8 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

    Obituary:
    Earl John Jacquot, age 82, Hortonville, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Brewster Village, Appleton. He was born on August 25, 1933, in New London son of the late Ralph and Esther (Tank) Jacquot. On October 18, 1958, he was united in marriage to Deloris Dietz in Medina. Earl lived and farmed in the Hortonville area his entire life. He enjoyed playing cards, telling stories and spending time with his grandchildren. Earl served his country in the US Army.
    He is survived by his wife Deloris; daughters, Debra (Mike) Miller, Green Bay; Brenda (Jeff) Parker, Winchester; grandchildren Brent Arnoldussen and Justine Parker; sister, Jean (Bernie) Konetzke, Menasha; sister-in-laws, Louise Jacquot; Joyce Stangfield and LaVerne (Eugene) Niemuth. Earl is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Kenneth Jacquot.
    Funeral services for Earl will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, Greenville with Rev. Don Olm officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Dale Union Cemetery. Full Military Rites will be held.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Brewster Village for their loving care of Earl.

    Kenneth Jacquot, 69, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 13, 2007, at Appleton Medical Center. Kenneth was born in New London to Ralph and Esther (Tank) Jacquot on Nov. 11, 1937. On Feb. 8, 1974, he married M. Louise Haringer at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hortonville. Kenneth was a resident of the Hortonville area all of his life where he farmed on the family sesquicentennial farm established in 1851. Since his retirement from dairy farming, he and his wife enjoyed traveling, bird watching, and made many special memories with his beloved horse, Beauty. Kenneth was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church his entire life.
    Kenneth is survived by his wife, M. Louise; son, Michael, Hortonville and his special friend, Dana Newhouse, Freedom; brother, Earl (Deloris) Jacquot, Hortonville; sister, Jean (Ben) Konetzke, Menasha; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Joan Haringer, Oshkosh; godchild, Debbie Miller, Green Bay. He will be missed by his grand dog, Maggie and his horse, Beauty.
    He was preceded in death by a son, John P. Jacquot in 1989.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17th at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hortonville with the Rev. Ralph Rosenberg officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Pioneer Cemetery, Greenville. Friends may call at the Borchardt and Moder Funeral home in Hortonville on Monday, July 16th from 4 to 8 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the church until the time of the service. A memorial fund has been established in his name.

    Darla K. Plumb, age 68, Seymour, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2009, in the presence of her loving family at Appleton Medical Center following a lingering illness. Darla was born on December 2, 1940, in New London, daughter of the late Bernard and Luella (Tank) Plumb. She graduated from Washington High School in New London, class of 1958. Darla worked for Home Mutual Insurance, Appleton; Red Owl Store in Seymour; as a secretary at Black Creek Grade School and at The Add-vertizer, Seymour. Darla also worked at Ben's Printing Service in New London; a business her father started; which she later owned and operated, and she retired from Appleton Papers working in the print shop.
    Darla is survived by a daughter, LeAnne Plumb, Seymour; a son, David (Kelly) Plumb, Rio; a sister, Donna Van Rossum, Seymour and a brother-in-law, Ronald Polzin, Holliday, TN. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Besides her parents, Darla is preceded in death by a sister, Deanna Polzin.
    Funeral services for Darla will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Black Creek with Rev. John Brandt officiating. Interment will be in the Floral Hill Cemetery in New London. Family and friends may call directly at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
