    Obituary:
    Kenneth F. Suprise of Hortonville, 81, passed away on Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at New London Family Medical Center. Ken was born on May 13, 1923, in Bear Creek son of the late Frank and Mae (Roberts) Suprise. He was united in marriage on May 29, 1946, to Margaret Jamison at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville. Ken served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked for Miron Construction for over forty years and also at Griesbach Chevrolet Garage in Hortonville for 28 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion Hammond-Schmit Post #55 of Hortonville for many years. Ken served as a director at the New London Fish and Game Club. He was a member of the Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville. He enjoyed his grandchildren, gardening and hunting.
    Ken is survived by his wife, Margaret; three daughters, Pat Trittin, Kimberly; Sandra (Larry) Griesbach, Mackville; Margene (Larry) Fassbender, Greenville; two sons, Ron (Estela) Suprise and Tim (Poly) Suprise both of McAllen Texas; Grandchildren, Daisy (Victor) Soliz, Rene Suprise, Mike (Lisa) Fassbender, Michelle Fassbender, Mark Suprise, Bryan Suprise, Kelly Griesbach (fiance Dan Larscheid), Kevin Griesbach, Shelly Trittin (fiance Chuck Zacharias); step grandchildren, Pam (Xavier) Menendez-Pidal-Trittin, Tina (Jacob) Wilcock; three great grandchildren and six step great grandchildren. Two sisters, Earla (Andrew) Johnson, Missouri; DelRose (Norman) Tiedt, Bear Creek; sister-in-laws and brother- in-laws, Doris Jamison, June (Ken) Stecker, Rita (Victor) Petit, Mary (James) Tessen, Ruth Voster, Wilmar Fickel, Evelyn (Wally) Hedtke, Anna Suprise. Nieces, nephews other relatives and friends also survive Ken.
    He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Frank Jr. and Lorenzle; two sisters Barbara Fickel, Hilda (Ed) Katzner; and brother?s in-law, Francis Jamison and Vernon Voster and a son in-law Rick Trittin.
    Funeral services for Ken will be held on Monday Feb. 28, 2005 at 11a.m. at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
    A memorial fund has been established. The family would like to thank Dr. Fuhrmann and his staff and also the staff at the New London Family Medical Center for their care and concern of Ken.

    Gerald Suprise, 62, of Appleton, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Brewster Village.
    Jerry was born on July 24, 1949 to Laronzle "Larry" and Anna (Jamison) Suprise. He was always a happy go lucky guy and would always greet you with a hand shake and a smile. Jerry liked watching movies especially westerns and football. His favorite color was yellow and he loved going to the activities that Brewster Village provided.
    Jerry is survived by his mother Anna Suprise, his siblings, Rodger (Jody) Suprise of Pine River, Kathy (Wayne) Juedes of the Town of Menasha, Joan (Larry) Uhlenbrauck of Suring, Elizabeth Kielbasa of Appleton and Cheryl (Tim) Lecker of Appleton, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Gerald was preceded in death by his father, an infant sister Diane Suprise an infant twin brother, Larry Suprise and a brother-in-law, Frank Kielbasa.
    The funeral liturgy for Jerry will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH (410 W. Lawrence St.) with Fr. David Funk, OFM. CAP officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and volunteers at Brewster Village for everything they have done for him, especially Julie Vandeyacht for the 33 years she cared for Jerry.
