    Herbert Hoerning, 50, War Veteran. Is Dead Black Creek - Herbert Hoerning, 50, died unexpectedly at 1 o'clock Thursday morning at his home in the town of Lessor, Shaw- ano county. He was born in the town of Center and was a World war veteran. Survivors are two sons Edward, New London, and Russell, town of Lessor: two daughters, Mrs. Lewis Kalwitz and Miss Ruth Hoerning, New London: his mother, Mrs. Louisa Hoerning, Les- sor; one brother. Bernard, Apple- ton,and one sister. Mrs. John Stutzman. Black Creek: also six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Burdick Funeral home in Black Creek, with the Rev. Lorenz Knutzen, Seymour, in charge. Burial will take place, in the town of Black Creek.

    Funeral Services Held For Herbert Hoerning Black Creek - Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Burdick funeral home for Herbert Hoerning. The Rev. Lorenz Knutzen conducted the services and burial took place in the town of Black Creek. The bearers were nephews, Earl, John, Russell, Wallace, Ralph and Willard Stutzman. Guards at the grave were Lee J. Barth and A. F. Piehl and the flag bearer was I. A. Grunwaldt.

    Obituary:
    Wallace Stutzman, 98, of Black Creek, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born March 12, 1917, son of the late John and Emma (Hoerning) Stutzman.
    On March 3, 1936, he was united in marriage to Irene Bergholz in the Town of Center. She preceded him in death December 23, 2005.
    He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek. He was a member of the Labor Union for P.G. Miron Construction for many years.
    Wallace is survived by his daughters: Joyce Wickesberg, Black Creek; Doris (Roy) Steele, Greenville; grandchildren: Joanie Talakowski (fiance' Jeff Doucette), and her children, Nicole, Luke and Dustin; Traci (Bruce) King, and their children Bruce R. and Montague; U.S.m.e. Ret. Master Sgt. Sean (Valerie) Steele, and their son Trevor; sister, Dorothy Paul, Appleton.
    Preceded in death by his son-in-law, Keith Wickesberg; grandson-in-law, Rick Talakowski; nine brothers and sisters; and brother-in-law, Willard Bergholz.
    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 12 noon until services at 2 p.m. with Pastor John Brandt officiating. Burial will take place in Sassman Cemetery, Black Creek. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com.

Diana married Vincent Sievers on August 25, 2001. Diana is survived by her husband Vincent, sons, Andrew and Joey Dietze, daughters; Michelle, Cassandra and Breanna Sievers, mother Mary (Michael) Peck; father Randy (Tami Vanden Elzen) Van Heuklon; brothers, Chris, Anthony, Nicholas Van Heuklon, Raymond Kain Jr., step-brother Steven Peck and sisters Angela Kain and Melissa Sebeikat. Grandmothers Agnes Van Heuklon and Virginia Hoerning, father-in-law Larry Sievers, God parents Paul Stoeger and Linda Van Heuklon, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was survived by both Grandfathers Lawrence Van Heuklon and Russell Hoerning, Aunt Laura Hoerning, Uncle Robert Kohanski, and Step-brother Justin R. Peck. Diana enjoyed league bowling and camping, but mostly her loving family and friends. Visitation will be at Valley Funeral Home, Appleton, Wi., August 1, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. to time of service at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be 10:00 a.m. August 2, 2007 at St. Josephs Cemetery in Appleton.
