    Mrs. Daniel Duggan of Grimms, Victim of Flu-Pneumonia
    Mrs. Daniel Duggan aged 48 years, passed away Sunday at the family home at Grimms. She had been ill or only four days, suffering from an attack of flu-pneumonia. Besides the husband,and family of four children, the deceased is survived by her father Dennis Sheahan, Askeaton, and one, brother James, also of that place. The funeral services will take place on Wednesday morning: from St. Patrick's church, at Maple Grove, Father William Grace, officiating.

    Cato Resident Dies on Saturday; Was Born at Maple Grove.
    Mrs. Dan Dugan died at her home in Cato Saturday following an attack of pneumonia. She was a lifelong resident of Manitowoc county, born and brought up in Maple Grove. Her maiden name was Lizzie Sheahan. She was married to Dan Dugan, four children being born of this union. Besides the widower, the children, a brother James of Maple Grove, and her father, Dennis Sheahan of Maple Grove, survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Cato.

    Mrs. Duggan buried Tuesday
    The funeral of Mrs. Dan Duggan was held at Maple Grove Tuesday morning and was largely attended for through the thoughtfulness and kindness of the county highway commission who sent out one of their powerful snowplows the road ahead of the funeral cortege was opened and made it possible for the cars to get through. Mr. Duggan and family are deeply grateful to the men for their sympathy and assistance in their hour of sorrow for it is at such a time that deeds of kindness are doubly appreciated. The out of town people who attended the funeral were Mary Sheahan and John Cusack of Chicago, Tim Duggan, Cedar River, Michigan, Mrs. Kelley, Menominee, Michigan, Frank Dienor, John Hogan, Mrs. Anna Mangin of Manitowoc, Helen and Thomas Sheahan, Appleton, Mr. and Mrs. James Sheahan, Little Chute and Edward Sheahan of Askeaton.

    Elizabeth married Duggan, Daniel Aft 1895. Daniel (son of Dugan, Jeremiah and O'Hearn, Catharine) was born 15 Apr 1874, Manitowoc, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA; died 2 Aug 1958; was buried , St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Maple Grove, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]

    Margaret M. Fenlon, age 91, of 4215 Menchalville Rd., Cato, died peacefully surrounded by her family Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at Rivers Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
    Margaret was born April 5, 1920, in Cato, daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth (Sheahan) Duggan. Margaret married the love of her life, Thomas A. Fenlon, on April 19, 1955, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on Jan. 3, 1972.
    Margaret loved her family and church. She took joy in farming, spending her entire life farming the land where she was born and raised. She was actively engaged in the homestead into her late 80's. She was a long-time member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Maple Grove, and was presently a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Kellnersville.
    Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Thomas J. Fenlon, on the homestead; Jerry (Victoria) Fenlon, Cato; three daughters and one son-in-law, Mary Fenlon, on the homestead; Rosella Fenlon, Brillion; Lizzie (Kevin) Tegels, Black River Falls; three grandchildren, Erin, Casey, and Shannon Fenlon, all of Cato; one step-grandson, Nick (Jess) Staudinger, Whitelaw; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward (Dorothy) Duggan and Jerry (Marie) Duggan. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law also precede her in death.

    Margaret married Fenlon, Thomas A. 19 Apr 1955. Thomas (son of Fenlon, Thomas and Sullivan, Rosella) was born 7 Aug 1898, Maple Grove, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA; died 3 Jan 1972, Manitowoc, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]
