The date reads b. 24 Apr 1874 d. 29 dec. 1906 which is the same d eath date as on that death record I sent earlier. I have not request ed a burial record from the Church but think it must be the same perso n. A child named Frank is also buried there --son of Frank and Katri na b. 24 Aug. 1906 d. 18 Jul 1907.Edward Blindauer b. 28 Jan. 1892 d. 14 Oct. 1892 and Susan Blindau er b 17 Feb. 1886 d. 15 Nov 1888 are also listed there, both children of J ohn and T.That is all I have found so far but did make a connection to another resea rcher in that area to whom I am sending the Green/Blindauerhistory.     Burns, Catherine F.
    Catherine F. Burns, 76, Askeaton, passed away on Monday, Dec.14, 2009.
    Catherine was born in Milwaukee, on Jan. 15, 1933, to the late Edwin and Agnes (Martin) Neuman.
    On Oct. 18, 1956, she married James E. Burns Jr. at St. Mary's Church in Greenleaf. Jim preceded her in death on Nov. 21, 1995.
    Catherine farmed for many years with Jim and their children. She enjoyed baking, sewing, crocheting and cooking; she rarely followed a recipe. Catherine was the happiest when the kids were home and the house was filled with laughter.
    Catherine was very active with St. Patrick's Church; serving on the Parish Council, Altar Society, chaired the church picnics, St. Patrick Day celebrations and other socials for many years. She worked in the cafeteria at Wrightstown Elementary School for many years and enjoyed working at the Holland Town Hall for elections. Catherine will be missed by her Monday crochet group.
    Catherine is survived by her eight children and their families, Colleen Hayes and her daughters, Erin and Kate, North Carolina; Peg (Dan) Pichler and their children, Ryan, Molly and Michael, Green Bay; James III (Jenny) and their children, Kaitlyn and Danny, Askeaton; Mary (Dennis) Nooyen and their children, Sarah (Luke) Madsen, Amy (Jesse) Schiesl, De Pere; Tim Burns, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Bridget (Mike) Vandelist and their children, Joe and Tom, De Pere; Maureen (Orv) Gossen and their children, Maura, Jack and Grace, Hollandtown; Sean (Adrianne) Burns and their daughter, Patti, De Pere; four great-grandchildren, Emily, Lilly Madsen and Johnathan and Jacob Schiesl.
    Catherine is further survived by her sister, Louise Patton, De Pere; her sisters-in-law, Mary (Tim) Schwanke, Green Bay; and Audrey Orth, Sheboygan Falls; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
    Catherine is preceded in death by her brother, John Neuman; her granddaughter, Megan Hayes; son-in-law, Ronald Hayes; her father and mother-in-law, James Sr. and Isabelle Burns; niece, Kathleen Hass; brothers-in-law, Martin Patton and Ralph Orth.
    Friends may call on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at St. Clare's Parish-St. Patrick's site from 9:30 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon with Rev. Dennis Bergsbaken and Rev. Al Geiser concelebrating. Burial in the parish cemetery.Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion is assisting the family.
    Catherine's family would like to thank Dr. Tom Saphner, Ruth Bloesl, the staff and nurses of Green Bay Oncology for their dedication and care; the nurses and staff of Unity Hospice and the Jack & Ingrid Meng Residence for the kindness and care given to Catherine and her family.

    Obituary:
    Blindauer, Donald J., Age 92, of Middleton, passed away after a short illness, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at home with family. Donald was born on October 25, 1925, in Green Bay, WI, the son of Edward and O'Delia (VandeWettering) Blindauer.
    After graduating from Green Bay East High School, he enlisted in the Army Air Corp and served in WWII. Upon returning from service he enrolled in UW Madison where he earned his Doctorate of Law degree in 1954. He married Joyce Christian on May 19, 1951 in Green Bay WI, and they shared 66 wonderful years together.
    After finishing law school, he worked with Dave Eastwood Attorney at Law in Middleton. During this time, he served as Middleton's first Justice of the Peace. Donald formed Continental Mortgage Insurance in 1960 with their headquarters in Madison. He semi-retired from CMI in 1972. After a few years enjoying fishing on Lake Michigan he opened a private law practice in Middleton before joining the partnership of Brunette, Blindauer and Ersland Attorneys at Law where he retired.
    He was one of the founding members of the Middleton Optimist Club where he served as Secretary/Treasurer and President. He was a member of the American Bar Assn. until his recent death.
    He was a die-hard Packer and Badger fan. He grew up going to Packer games and even watched their practices from his high school class room. He very seldom missed watching a Badger game.
    He was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed fishing Lake Michigan, Door County, and camping and fishing in Canada with his family. He enjoyed pheasant hunting with his favorite companion "Zulu". He liked playing golf at Pleasant View Golf Course and played in leagues for many years. He was an avid bowler and bowled in the Businessman's league at the Middleton Sport Bowl. He volunteered with Boy Scout Troop 40 in Middleton where he enjoyed camping and the outdoor trips with the scouts.
    In addition to his wife of 66 years, Joyce, survivors include his son, John (Nancy); daughter, Kari (Todd) Landry; two grandchildren, Lucas (Gwyn) Blindauer and Madison Landry; his great-grandson, Kaeden Blindauer; his sister, Betty (Paul) Gallagher; and other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert.
    In honor of Donald's wishes, there will be no funeral services. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center in Donald's name.
