    Mainville, Margaret "Marge" , (nee Hoffman) , 125 W. 10th Street KaukaunaAge 87, died unexpectedly Monday February 3, 2002 at St. Elizabeth Hospita l. She was born August 27, 1915 in Kaukauna daughter of the late Reinha rd and Margaret (Heindl) Hoffman. Marge attended St. Mary's Grade Schoo l, Kaukauna and graduated from Kaukauna High School. In 1937, she marri ed Melvin Mainville, he preceded her in death in 1985. Marge was a lifelo ng resident of Kaukauna, where in the 1950's she was active with the gi rl scouts and in the 1960's had worked with the cub scouts. She was also f ormerly a Captain of the local Heart Fund Drive for 11 years. Presently s he was on the Council at Golden Venture and contributed to the newslette r. Marge was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna, the Kaukau na Homemaker's Club and AARP.     Eva H. Wenzel, age 92 died on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Appleton Health Center, Appleton, She was born on April 10, 1918 in Kaukauna, the daughter of the late Reinhard and Margaret (Heindl) Hoffmann. Eva married Rinert "Dick" Wenzel on June 28, 1941. She was a long-time member of the Kaukauna Community Health Associates and Holy Cross Catholic Church. Eva was employed as a librarian in the Children's Department at the Kaukauna Public Library for many years.
    She is survived by a daughter: Susan Cash of LaCrosse; two grandsons: Steven (Rena) Cash of LaCrosse and Daniel Cash of Kaukauna; three grandchildren: Markos, Kiera and Christian; a sister: Doris Kerry of Shawano and many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by an infant son: William; her husband; Rinert on September 12, 2009; three sisters: Irma (John) Hamilton; Gertrude (George) Kailhofer and Margaret (Melvin) Mainville; a brother: Henry (Mary) Hoffmann; and a brother-in-law: Jack Kerry.
    The funeral liturgy will be held on Thursday, November 4 at 4 p.m. at Holy Cross Church, 309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Friends may call at the church from 2:00 pm on Thursday until the time of service. Inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

    Hoffmann, Henry R., 350 We st Highland Park, AppletonAge 79, died Monday morning July 28, 2003, following a brief illness. He w as born December 21, 1923, to the late Reinhard and Margaret (Heindle) Hof fmann, in Kaukauna and moved to Appleton in 1936. Henry served with t he U. S. Army during WW II from 1943 to 1946. He was employed by H. C. Pra nge Company, retiring in 1985 after 43 years of employment. Henry then wor ked part-time for Prangeway until they closed in 1996. Henry was a memb er of St. Mary Catholic Church and was the director of the Adult Choi r. He also directed the two choruses at the Thompson Community Center in A ppleton. He is survived by two daughters, Peggy "Margaret" Hoffmann-Rose a nd her fiance, Eric Rausch, Appleton; Catherine "Kate" Hoffmann, Appleto n; a son, Michael Hoffmann, Appleton; a granddaughter, Pearl (Jason) Kipe r; and a great granddaughter, Zen, Tempe, AZ.     George F. Kailhofer, "Fred", Kaukauna, age 74, died peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at home with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 30, 1939, son of the late George and Gertrude (Hoffman) Kailhofer. On July 17, 1965, George married Patricia Jarvis in DePere. The couple lived in the Kaukauna area their entire married lives. George "Fred" was employed as the Advertising Manager for the Kaukauna Times for 50 years. He enjoyed bowling - with the same group since high school. He also loved hunting and gardening. George was currently vice president of the Friends of Governor Thompson State Park.
    He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Pat, Kaukauna; three sons: Andrew and his two children, Maxwell and Maureen, Shorewood; Christopher (Margaret), Madison; Nathan (Valerie) and their children, William, Annie and Lucy, Kaukauna; and a daughter, Maggie Kailhofer (fiancé Robert Rosenberger), Crivitz.
    Memorial Service for George will be at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6. 2013, at BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating.     Janice M. Parsons, 77, of Stockbridge, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016. Janice was born May 13, 1939, daughter of the late Melvin and Margaret (Hoffman) Mainville. She graduated from St. Mary's Grade School and Kaukauna High School. After graduation Janice worked at Kimberly Clark's main office for 5 years and for superintendents and principles at Stockbridge schools for 32 years. In her free time, Janice completed her Associate of Arts Degree at the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley in English Literature.
    Janice was united in marriage to James Edward Parsons of Stockbridge on January 7, 1961. They were blessed with 4 daughters: Valerie Ann, Linda Lou, Joan Catherine and Nancy Carol.
    As an active member of the community, Janice was a Girl Scout Troop leader, Religious Education Teacher and Planning Commission member. Janice also held various office positions such as, reporter, recording secretary, vice president, president and past president on numerous professional organizations. She is also known for organizing a Red Hat Chapter in the Stockbridge area, known as the Redhat Sturgeon Vivacious Princesses, as well as getting a second chapter started.
    Janice created works of beauty by her own hands through quilting and enjoyed going out for lunch. She was a voracious reader, who was always proud knowing that her passion for reading was passed on to her children. Above all of the joys that life offered, Janice enjoyed time spent with her children and grandchildren.
    Survivors include her husband, Jim; daughters, Dr. Valerie (Kris Klein) DeLain and Linda (Don) McLernon, both of Appleton; two grandchildren, Amanda Grace and Joseph James McLernon; two sisters, Lynn Medina of Las Vegas and Carol (Rich) VanBoxtel of Kaukauna; two brothers, John (Nancy) Mainville of Kaukauna and Jeff (Jody) Mainville of Menasha; and many other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her two daughters, Joan Catherine and Nancy Carol; her brother, Jerry Charles; grandmother, Emma Mainville; her in-laws, Oliver and Gertrude (Grossel) Parsons; and many uncles and aunts, sisters and brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Friday, October 14, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church (120 Davis Street) in Stockbridge with the Rev. Michael Betley and Deacon Steve Vande Hey officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at church from 9:00am to 10:45am on Friday.

    Obituary:
    Susan J. Cash, age 68, of Kaukauna, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015. She was born on May 5, 1947 in Kaukauna to the late Rienert and Eva (Hoffmann) Wenzel. She graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1964. After her high school graduation she attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison with the initial intent of becoming a nurse. However, during her time at the university she found her true passion in radio broadcasting.
    Susan and her family left Wisconsin for Rochester, Minnesota; they lived there for nearly fifteen years. While living there she was employed with KOLM/KWWK Radio Station. Eventually Susan and her family returned to Wisconsin and she retired from WAPL/WHBY Radio Station after twenty-four years. Radio and broadcasting was a true passion for Susan, she also enjoyed old movies and reading. Her fondest memories where those spent with her grandchildren; especially being able to watch them play. She also had a soft spot for her furry friend Snickers.
    She is survived by her loving sons, Dan and Steven (Rena); her four grandchildren, Markos, Kiera, Christian and Arianna and her dear friend Pat Schmidt.
    In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her infant brother.
    The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 starting at 11:00 am at ST. KATHERINE DREXEL PARISH, ST. MARY CHURCH, 119 W. Seventh Street, Kaukauna. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday starting at 9:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am with Rev. Jerry Pastors officiating.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Susan's name. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
    The family would like to thank the staff at St. Paul's Elder Services for all the wonderful care given to Susan and her faithful friend, Pat Schmidt.
