    Wilz , Joseph J. “Joe”Joseph J. Wilz, “Joe”, Menasha, age 86, passed away on Monday, Octob er 3, 2005, at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center in Menasha. Joe was born Oc tober 30, 1918 in Menasha, the son of the late Charles and Mary (Eckes) Wi lz. Joe served his country in the U. S. Army. He married Marian Schumach er on May 29, 1940 at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute. Joe had be en employed at American Can Company for 37 years retiring in 1974. He w as a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha and he enjoyed fishin g, hunting, dancing and the outdoors. He was very creative and enjoyed peo ple. He was a people person.Joe is survived by his wife Marian, his children: Jean (Donald) Stelter, F lorida; Judy (Bob) Ciske, Eau Claire; Nancy (Ron) Leskowicz, Appleto n; Jo Ann (Jim) Siehr, Appleton; Chuck (Jan) Wilz, Neenah; David (Debbi e) Wilz, Stevens Point; Susan (Rick) Haegele, Green Bay; 17 grandchildr en and 17 great-grandchildren.Joe was preceded in death by his sisters: Catherine Cox and Marcy Hess.Funeral services for Joe will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 10: 30 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic, 528 Second Street Menasha, with Father Pa ul Radetski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends a nd family will be received at the Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee St ., Menasha on Friday evening from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. when there wi ll be a prayer service.     Anthony N. Eckes, Menasha, age 86, died Friday, August 22, 2003 at Century Oaks in Menasha. He was born in Sherwood on March 13, 1917 to the late Nicholas and Rose Horn Eckes. Tony worked for over 40 years at Kimberly Clark, Kimberly Plant.
    He will be sadly missed by his children: Carole Eckes, Appleton; Rosemary Dennis Draska, Menominee, Michigan; Russell Eckes, Halifax, Virginia; sisters: Lorraine Wendell Warnke, Helen Welsch and Dolores Don DuChateau, all of Appleton; grandchildren: Jamie Youngs, Frank, Stephanie Eckes and Angela Eckes; other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret in 1984; son, Anthony "Butch" Eckes, daughter-in- law, Helen Eckes; sisters: Marie Cletus Lenz, Florence Oskey; and brother-in-law, Hank Welsch.
    According to Tony's wishes private family services will be held.
    In lieu of other expressions of sympathy a memorial has been established.

    Lorraine Warnke, age 92, passed away at Grand Horizons in Appleton. Lorraine was born in Kimberly on March 9, 1920, daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose (Horn) Eckes. Lorraine was a graduate of the Appleton High School, and for many years worked until her retirement at Zwicker Knitting Mills. On September 27, 1947, she married Wendell Warnke; he preceded her in death in February of 2012. Everyone will remember Lorraine for being a meticulous housekeeper! In her younger years, she and Wendell enjoyed bowling.
    Survivors include a sister: Helen Welsch of Appleton and a brother-in-law: Don DuChateau of Appleton. There are also several nieces and nephews and their families, as well as other relatives, and many friends. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 2012, a brother Anthony (Margaret) Eckes, sisters Marie (Cletus) Lenz, Dolores DuChateau, and Florence (Alex) Oskey; and a brother-in-law Henry Welsch.
    Funeral services for Lorraine will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Star of Hope Chapel at Appleton's Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the chapel on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. Entombment will follow. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.

Marie was born in Appleton on December 1, 1921, daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose (Horn) Eckes. On January 9, 1943, she married Cletus Lenz; he preceded her in death on January 14, 2002. Marie enjoyed camping, square dancing, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a member of the Jacob Coppus Post #258 American Legion Auxiliary.     Sharon J. Endter, Seymour, 62, passed away on Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer. Sharon was born on March 14, 1945, in Appleton, daughter of the late Robert and Geraldine (Ecker) Eckes. She married Tim Endter on Dec. 26, 1964, at Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton. Sharon adored rummage sales, and working with Tim in their yard. She loved pets and was a volunteer and former member of the board of directors of the Fox Valley Humane Association.
    In addition to her husband, Tim, she is survived by her sons, Robert (Rhonda) Endter, Phoenix, Ariz. and Bill (Sarah) Endter, Appleton. Sharon is also survived by her six grandchildren, Jesse Sturmer; Andrew, Alyssa, Alexandra, Austin, and Adam Endter; her brother, Rodney (Donna) Ecke; her sister-in-law, Sandy Eckes; and many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gary.
    Memorial Services for Sharon will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007, at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., Appleton with the Rev. Larry Matthews officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
