    Obituary:
    Edwin J. Hauert 227 S. Walnut St Age 71. passed away at 7 a.m Friday after a short illness. Mr. Hauert was born August 21, 1894 in Appleton and was a life long resident. He operated the F. W. Hauert and Son Feed Store in Appleton for 40 years prior to retirement 10 years ago. He was a veteran of World War 1 and a member of the Waverly Lodge No. 51 F. & A.M. Survivors include one son James, Appleton; two sisters. Miss Helen Hauert and Mrs. Robert Pekarske, both of Appleton; 2 grand children. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m Monday at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home. Appleton. where friend? may call after 2 p.m Sunday Rev. John Seidler will officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
