Obituary:
Dutkievic, Claire E. "Duke", Claire E. "Duke" Dutkievic, age 81, died Saturday March 14, 2009, at Care Partners in Little Chute, WI. He was born July 31, 1927, in the Town of Brothertown in Calumet County, WI, a son of the late John Sr. and Ida (Rothmann) Dutkievic. Claire "Duke" served in the Military Service during the late 1940's. Most of his life he was an electrician and then ended up working at Kimberly-Clark as a maintenance electrical repair man. He enjoyed making and repairing things and his trips up North.
Claire is survived by his wife, Helen; four children: Sandy, Dick, Sherrie and Robin; a step-son, Eugene; four brothers: Edward, Marvin and his wife Barb, John Jr. and his wife Judy and Dale. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and their families and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; 2 brothers; his second wife, Olie; a son, Daniel and a step-son Jim.
Funeral Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday March 18, 2009, at the Sippel Funeral Home 2618 Altona Ave., New Holstein, WI. Private burial will be held on Thursday at the Rothmann Cemetery in the Town of Calumet. Family and friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of services.
