Van Beek, Ann MarAnn M. Van Beek, 98, Menasha, died Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Century Oa ks, Town of Menasha. She was born Nov. 29, 1907, in Tabor, South Dakota, d aughter of John and Ann (Hale) Vitek. Ann married George Van Beek, April 2 6, 1947, in Neenah and he preceded her in death April 17, 2005. She w as a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Menasha and a form er member of the Rosary Society. Ann loved flowers, cooking and her grandc hildren.Mrs. Van Beek is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Don na Van Beek, Menasha; a son-in-law, Algi Mitka, South Milwaukee; three gra ndchildren: Dan Van Beek, Neenah; Susan (Marty) Felker, Bartlett, Illinoi s; Luann Van Beek, Menasha and her fiance Jeff Luehring, Appleton; two gre at grandchildren: Randy and Anna Felker; a brother, Ivan Vitek and a siste r, Marcella (Emil) Pechous, both of Yankton, S.D.; two sisters-in-law, Eve lyn Kostel, Yankton, S. D. and Mary (Jerry) Lund, Fla. Ann was also preced ed in death by her daughter, Marlene Mitka; five brothers and two sister s.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at St. J ohn the Baptist Catholic Church, Menasha with the Rev. Paul Radetski offic iating. Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Friends may ca ll at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the mass.
