    Dorothy M. Dercks, Kimberly, age 93, died Friday, March 3, 2016 at St. Paul Elder Services. She was born in Kaukauna on January 9, 1924 to the late Walter J. and Catherine (Krause) Specht. Dorothy married George "Tiny" Moritz. He preceded her in death. In 1983, she married Harold "Scutz" Dercks. He also preceded her in death.
    Dorothy retired from Kimberly-Clark after 35 years of service. She enjoyed many years at her cottage - first with Tiny on Lake Winnebago and later with Scutz on Legend Lake. Dorothy was a talented knitter and took great pride in the afghans she made for each of her family members.
    Dorothy is survived by her son, Todd Moritz of Appleton; grandchildren: Tyler, Rhiannon and Ethan Moritz; and siblings: Walter "Dubber" (Donna) Specht and Joan "Tickle" (David) Kielgas. She is further survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands: George "Tiny" Moritz and Harold "Scutz" Dercks; her son, Dennis Daniels; and siblings: Jean (Curtis) Wolf, Robert (Valoise) Specht, Charles "Mud" Specht and Bernadette "Crickett" (Robert) Alger.

    Joan A. "Tickle" Kielgas, age 83, of Kaukauna, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 8, 2017. She was born on March 16, 1934, daughter of the late Walter and Katherine (Krause) Specht.
    Tickle married Dave Kielgas on October 24, 1969. She enjoyed any time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Tickle loved Christmas time and being able to spoil everyone with lots of gifts.
    Tickle is survived by her husband, Dave Kielgas; her children: Lea Ann Van Groll, Sherri (Mike) Gartzke, Cyndi (Dale) Bornemann and Kim Schultz; grandchildren: David (Stephanie) Van Groll, Scott Van Deurzen, Sarah (Kurt) Hintz, Steve Van Deurzen, Jeremy Gartzke, Rachel Gartzke, Ben Schultz, Tony Schultz and Alex Bornemann; great grandchildren: Brianna Van Groll, Brayden Van Deurzen, Jack Hintz and Kate Hintz; a brother, Walter "Dubber" (Donna) Specht; many other family members and friends.

    Roger Wolf, age 74, formerly of Kaukauna, passed away at Maryhill Manor, Niagara, Wisconsin, on Monday, September 10, 2012. Rog was born on July 7, 1938, in Appleton, to the late Curt and Jean (Specht) Wolf. He married Mary Lou Van Epern, on November 23, 1960; she preceded him in death on March 6, 1994. He married Nancy Wilson on September 20, 1996; she survives. Rog was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh, earning a degree in History. Rog was employed at Thilmany Pulp and Paper and Nicolet Paper Company for over 36 years, retiring in 1996. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an active member of the "Rack Shack" from 1966 to 2007. Rog was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. He enjoyed time spent at his vacation home at Lake Hilbert and wintered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Nancy; his children, Michael (Maria) Wolf, Berlin, Wisconsin; Timothy Wolf (fiancé, Dominique Brou), Logan, Utah; and Robert (Cindy) Wolf, Kimberly; his grandchildren, Martin and Johann Wolf, Sasha Wise (fiancé Corey Wesolowski), Nicole (Ryan) Catlin, Michelle (Pierce) Buchinger and Curtis Wolf; his great grandchildren, Carleigh Catlin, Brayden Catlin and Brielle Wesolowski; his step-daughters, Katherine (Louis) Botka-Quirrion and Angela (Charles) Lord; his step-grandchildren Madeline, Shawn and Dylan; his mother-in-law, Doris Wilson; his brothers, Tom (Sharon) Wolf, Little Chute, and Gary (Mary) Wolf, Kaukauna; and his sister, Barb (Dave) Rogers, East Troy, Wisconsin. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rog was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Mary Wolf. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012, at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna, with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna.     Bruce R. Specht, age 65, passed way unexpectedly on August 25, 2015. He was born on January 23, 1950 to the late Robert and Valoise (Kalupa) Specht. He graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1968. Bruce served in the Army reserves from 1972 until 1984. He was a very hard and dedicated worker at Appleton Papers for 33 years.
    Bruce was known for a lot of things, but most of all was his appreciation of sports, especially baseball. He loved coaching kids and sharing the fundamentals of the game. He was known as a "prognosticator of baseball". Two of his proudest achievements were winning the boys state volleyball tournament and robbing Arley Pues of a home run. He stuck by the Packers through the down years, making sure not to miss a moment with his sister Pam. Bruce enjoyed taking walks, spending time with his family, and spending time doing yard work and gardening.
    He is survived by his sons: Brad (Jessica) Specht and their sons, Tyler, AJ, and Jacob; Scott and his son Jaxon; Colin (special friend Beth Bogenschutz); his former wife Sharon Specht; his sister Pam (David) Mason; his nephews Edmund (Jill) Mason and his son Jake; and Andrew Mason; and Bruce's special friend Diane Meulemans. He is preceded in death by his parents and his friend Mike Grogan.
    Funeral Services for Bruce will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL at ST. MARY CHURCH. A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name. Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the family. -
