    See Image Van Beek, Grace M., (Grace Rom enesko Van Beek), FreedomAge 82, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 29, 2003. Grace was bo rn in Little Chute on August 7, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph and A nn (Van Handel) Hinkens. On September 28, 1939, Grace married Elmer Romene sko who preceded her in death in 1972. On April 26, 1976, she married Jo hn Van Beek who preceded her in death in 1993. Many will remember Grace f or the years she spent employed at Geenen's Supermarket in Freedom. She w as a faithful member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and is Christian Moth ers Society, as well as the Golden Agers. She especially enjoyed crafts a nd travel.Grace is survived by four children: Donald (Pam) Romenesko of Kimberly; Th omas (Sue) Romenesko of Iron River, Michigan; Sharon (Richard) Stuck of Fr eedom; Keith (Debbie) Romenesko of Antigo; two step-sons: Roger (Doris) V an Beek of Greenleaf and Norman (Marge) Van Beek of Freedom; four half-bro thers: Romy (Mary) Hinkens of Fremont; Darrell (Barb) Hinkens of Appleto n; Richard (Beata) Hahn of Little Chute; Don (Bonnie) Thews of Appleto n; a half-sister: Virginia Hinkens of Appleton; eight grandchildren; sev en great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; sixteen step-great-grand children; two sisters-in-law: Verona Peters and Mary Sievers; and her spec ial friends Dick (Donna) Kilsdonk of Appleton and Tom (Lois) Shandony of N eenah. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, brothers Ra ymond Hinkens and DuWayne Hinkens, sisters Bernice Zwiers and Cynthia LeCl ere, and by two step-grandsons Roland Van Beek and Mark Van Beek.The funeral liturgy for Grace will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, Ju ly 2, 2003 at ST. NICHOLAS CATHOLIC CHURCH in Freedom. Interment wi ll be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tues day from 4 - 8 PM and again Wednesday from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM at whi ch time the procession will leave for the church. There will be no visitat ion at the church on Wednesday. There will be a parish prayer and scriptu re service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30 PM.Grace will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmothe r, great-grandmother, and sister. She touched the hearts of all who knew a nd loved her. Grace was a generous woman who always placed the needs of ot hers before those of her own. He was born Augu st 23, 1944, in Appleton, to the late Elmer and Grace (Hinkens) Romenesk o. On September 6, 1969, he married Sue Van Den Heuvel. Fuzz worked for ma ny years in the construction field, retiring in 1996 due to health.He loved the outdoors whether it be cutting wood or hunting, but his passi on was fishing. His pride was spending time with his family and grandchild ren, and spending time at "His Heaven" at Silver Lake.Survivors include his wife Sue, his daughter, Stacy (Jason) Simpson and gr andsons, Derek and Hunter, Freedom; his siblings: Don (Pam) Romenesko, Kim berly; Keith (Debbie) Romenesko, Antigo; and his brother-in-law, Rick Stuc k, Freedom. S he was born in Appleton on April 12, 1948, daughter of the late Elmer a nd Grace (Hinkens) Romenesko. She was a graduate of the Freedom High Schoo l, and on May 30, 1968 she married Rick Stuck at St. Nicholas Catholic Chu rch in Freedom. Sharon was currently working in the surgery departme nt at Dental Associates in Appleton. She very much enjoyed spending time w ith her granddaughter, Ashley. She also loved flowers, and each year car ed for her beautiful garden. She was gifted at sewing as well as craf ts of all kinds, and was an avid reader - she always had at least one bo ok going.Sharon is survived by her husband: Rick Stuck of Freedom; a son: Jody Stu ck of Freedom and his daughter Ashley; three brothers: Donald (Pam) Romene sko of Kimberly; Thomas (Sue) Romenesko of Iron River, Michigan; Keith (De bbie) Romenesko of Antigo; two step-brothers: Roger (Doris) Van Beek of Gr eenleaf and Norman (Marge) Van Beek of Freedom.
