    Obituary:
Juliana N. Vissers, 91, Appleton, passed away on July 2, 2009, at ManorCare in Appleton. Juliana was born on March 30, 1918, in Appleton, to the late Joseph and Julia (Becher) Stoffel. She grew up in the Appleton area and married Peter Vissers on June 3, 1942, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton. She and Peter farmed in the Town of Center until his death in 1962. In 1972, she moved to Appleton, where she lived for the next 34 years. To support her five children and later herself, she did housework until she was 85. She never drove a car, so she walked or took the bus.
Juliana took loving care of her house, her yard and loved to play sheepshead with family and friends. She had beautiful flowers, baked and cooked for her family on special occasions until she had a number of strokes that took her independence. She rallied numerous times until at last she prayed the Lord would take her home in her sleep. That wish was granted on July 2.
Juliana was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and is survived by five children, Carole (Terrance) Bergman, Appleton; Dorothy (Ralph) Sperl, Greenville; Thomas (Terry) Vissers, Kentland, Ind.; David (Ellen) Vissers, Appleton; and Richard "Rick" (Nadja) Vissers, New London; grandchildren, Peter (Sara) Bergman, Jennifer (Tim) Westphal, Jason (Stacy) Bergman, Andrew (Rachel) Bergman, Christine (Stu) Voelz, Tammy (Dennis "Butch") Coenen, Jaime Vissers, Erin (Tyler) Kosiorek, Joshua (Amanda) Vissers, Matthew (Nichole) Vissers, Luke (Jenny) Vissers, Benjamin (Michelle) Vissers, Anne, Dustin, Darin and Stephanie Vissers; 18 great-grandchildren, Jonah, Juliana, Hannah, Joel, Jared, Jacob, Jackson, Carter, McKenzee, Abraham, Twins Conner and Sophia, Zachary, Marissa, Lauren, Jarret, Reid and Walker; her sisters, Mary (Louis) Neuman, Agnes (Larry) Van Heuklon and Marcella "Sally" (Elmer) Schroth; sisters-in-law, Grace (Henry) Vissers, Alice (Tony) Martinelli; many nieces, nephews, friends and a grade school and lifetime friend, Ruby Kuchenbecker.
Juliana was preceded in death by her husband; three sisters, Beatrice Blazek, Lorraine "Ellie" Blazek and Theresa Frahm; three brothers, Joseph, George and Raymond Stoffel; and a great-granddaughter, Anabelle Bergman.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2009, at ST. THERESE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 213 E. Wisconsin Ave., Appleton, at 4 p.m. with Fr. William Hoffman officiating. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of Mass at the Church. Burial will be in the St. Nicholas Cemetery in Freedom.

    Obituary:
Jonathan Stoffel was called into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the age of 33. Jon was born in Darboy on November 11, 1981, son of the late Richard Stoffel and Rose Mary (Kelly) Stoffel of Appleton. Jon was currently employed as a journeyman carpenter by The Boldt Company.
"When I pass away, I want to be remembered as a funny, joyful person who is always a friend and who loves God. I want to make an impact on my friend's lives and because of that they would go out and do the same. I want to be one who finishes the race and lives life to the fullest." (Excerpt from Jon's journal 2-28-99)
Jon put his faith in Jesus Christ early in his youth. Growing up he enjoyed playing sports, fishing, and camping with family and friends. After graduating Kimberly High School, Jon attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta, California. Jon was a leader who led by example. He put Jesus Christ first in his life, seeking Him daily through prayer and God's word. Jon was involved in Bible studies and teaching Sunday school. He invested his time in others and was always there to lend a helping hand. Having the same heart, Jon and his daughter Olivia served as missionaries in Honduras. His sense of humor, laughter and joyful spirit was a blessing to all who knew him. Family was a priority to Jon, always making time to be a loving husband and father. Jon's deep love for Erin, his wife, was so apparent in the way he treated her. Jon was such a proud father of Olivia, Ezra, and Selah. He enjoyed wrestling, fishing, playing soccer, and board games with them. One of the most cherished memories was bedtime, when Jon would read God's word and tuck them into bed. They knew how much they were loved by Jon. His joyful spirit and loving heart live on through his family. We know that the Lord has said unto him, "Well done, good and faithful servant".
Jon, we eagerly await the day we see your smiling face again, and dance before our Father in heaven!
Jon will be always loved and deeply missed by his wife: Erin Stoffel of Neenah; his children Ezra and Selah; his mother: Rose Mary Stoffel of Appleton; his in-laws: Ed and Jenny (Feldkamp) Campbell of Neenah; his brothers: Jason Stoffel of Menasha, Brian (Julia) Stoffel of Darboy, Isaiah (Danielle) Stoffel of Appleton; his sister: Jacque (Jeremy) Wisneski of Darboy; two brothers-in-law: Jim Campbell of Neenah, and Shawn Campbell of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his nieces and nephews: Hope, Isaac, Josiah, Caleb, Joshua, and Evan. Jon was preceded in death by his father, Richard Stoffel in 2008.
Funeral services for Jon will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at CALVARY BIBLE CHURCH, 1450 Oakridge Road in Neenah, with Pastors Danny Leavins and Landon Churchill officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and again Thursday at the church from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM. Memories may be shared by visiting www.wichmannfargo.com.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. II Timothy 4:7-8 -

Olivia Stoffel was called into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the age of 11. She was born December 7, 2003 in Appleton, the first daughter of Jonathan and Erin (Campbell) Stoffel of Neenah. Olivia was currently a fifth grade student at Fox Valley Christian Academy in Neenah.
"Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God." "And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them." Mark 10:14b, 16
Olivia was a beautiful, tenderhearted, and compassionate young girl. She put her faith in Jesus Christ at the age of five, openly sharing it, wanting everyone to know Jesus as she did. On July 20, 2013, Olivia was baptized by her father Jon. They also served together on a mission trip to Honduras. She used her artistic abilities to help raise funds for the Fox Valley Jail Ministry by making bracelets.
Olivia was inseparable from her father, and she was her mother's "little buddy," always by Erin's side. Olivia honored her parents by loving and obeying them, being respectful, and lending a helping hand. Olivia sincerely loved her brother and sister; who brought her so much joy and happiness, as Olivia did to them. She always offered to help with caring for her younger cousins, and was an amazing example for them all. Olivia also enjoyed Drama Club, swimming, and playing with their dog "Sammy". She cherished writing notes and stories, inspiring to be an author when she was older. Olivia's heart was full of love for God and people.
Olivia, we look forward to the day when we see your beautiful smiling face again! Until then, we know that the Lord has received you into His everlasting arms!

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. II timothy 4:7-8
