Obituary:
Lesselyoung, Louis J. , Louis Lesselyoung, Kaukauna, age 100, passed away on February 18, 2008, the same date on which his wife died in 2000. He died at his home, with his family at his side, after a long and wonderful life. Louis was born December 5, 1907, son of the late Leo and Susan (Arndt) Lesselyoung. He married the former Dorothy Harriman in Waupaca on September 18, 1929; she preceded him in death in February of 2000, after seventy years of marriage. His career began by being the local distributor of the Milwaukee Sentinel, and he finished his career in the Holstein cattle business.
Survivors include two children: Jean Konrad, Kaukauna; and Roy "Bill" (Jody) Lesselyoung, Indianapolis, Indiana; eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Richard and a son-in-law Dean Konrad, and a granddaughter Barbara Konrad.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date, and Louis will be buried next to his wife at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton. A memorial fund is being established to benefit Affinity Hospice, 816 W. Winneconne Avenue, Neenah, WI 54956.
The family would like to thank everyone at Affinity Hospice for all of the special care and wonderful treatment they afforded to Louis and to the entire family. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Obituary:
Richard Louis Lesselyoung, Kaukauna, age 72, died Sunday June 13, 2004 after a long battle with cancer at St. Paul Home. Dick was born September 17, 1931 to Louis and Dorothy (Harriman) in Appleton. He married former Joan Belongea at St. Mary Catholic Church in 1952. She preceded him in death in 1972. Dick entered the U.S. Navy in 1952 and served his country until his honorable discharge in 1956. Dick worked as a dairy farmer until 1977 and was employed at Building Services Group until his retirement. He enjoyed camping, traveling and watching TV. Dick was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.
He is survived by his four children: David (Nancy) Lesselyoung, Dale (Denise) Lesselyoung, Lynne Lesselyoung and LuAnn (Mike) Tousey; nine grandchildren, Dana (Sean) Baumgart, Luke, Erin, Christopher, Lainee, Andrew and Cassandra Lesselyoung, Ian and Delaney Tousey. His father, Louis Lesselyoung, a brother Roy "Bill" Lesselyoung, a sister, Jean Konrad and a special friend, Jan Zierler further survive him.
His wife, Joan, his mother, Dorothy and his brother in law, Dean Konrad, preceded him in death.
The memorial service will be 4 p.m. on Thursday June 17 at ST. MARY of the ANNUNCIATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna with Fr. Robert A. Udulutsch OFM Cap. officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Kaukauna. Friends will be received on Thursday at Church from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Full Military Burial Rites will be performed outside of Church following the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting the family. 766-2099.
The family would like to thank Dr. William Guenther and staff at AMC, ThedaCare Hospice and the staff at St. Paul Home for all the care and compassion they gave Dick.

Jean Carol Konrad passed away quietly at her home on January 19, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jean was born on October 24, 1934 to Louis and Dorothy (Harriman) Lesselyoung. She was a graduate of Kaukauna High School. On December 21, 1954 she married Dean P. Konrad and he preceded her in death on May 7, 2003. Jean worked hard raising her family and making a home. She was a caring wife, mother and grandmother. She loved helping people. She gave loving care to her parents and later to Dean. She loved animals, feeding birds in her yard and knitting. She was also an avid Packers fan and loved watching the games.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Rick (Marlene) Konrad of Brillion; Scott (friend Julie Meier) Konrad of Menasha; Jim (friend B.J. Behnke) Konrad of Kaukauna; Rob (friend Brenda Coenen) Konrad of Little Chute; 12 grandchildren: Andy, Chris, Erin and Ashley; Chad; Steven, Shaun, Andy and Nick; Austin; Tyler and Halie; 14 great-grandchildren; lifelong friend Pattie Kuehl as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband Dean; daughter Barb Konrad; infant daughter Jean; 2 brothers: Dick Lesselyoung; Roy "Bill" Lesselyoung.
At Jean's request, private services will be held in the spring.
A memorial fund will be established in Jean's name.
