    Obituary:
    Frederick H. Boness, Sr., White Lake, died Friday, March 23, 2012, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 83 years old.
    He was born May 17, 1928, son of the late Herman and Henrietta (Meyer) Boness. He married Jeanette Graf, and they divorced. He later married Pearl Robinson, and she preceded him in death on Nov. 3, 2007. Mr. Boness was a graduate of Neenah High School, and was employed at Akrosil Paper until his retirement. He served in the National Guard.
    Survivors include seven children, Frederick H. (Karen) Boness, Jr., Anchorage, Alaska; Daryl (Leslie) Boness, Hartford, Md.; Debbie (Scott) Sager, Black Creek; Evelyn (Dennis) Osterling, Waupaca; Kathy (Michael) Fay, Menasha; Daniel (Barbara) Boness, Kaukauna; and Melanie (Todd) Wilcox, Waupaca; a sister, Helen Cook, Menasha; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Sean Sager.
    A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home, 504 Edison St. Antigo, WI. Visitation will be 10 to 11 Tues. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Langlade Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Fred's name may be directed to the charity of your choice .
