Obituary:
Mary E. Schley, formerly of Kaukauna, age 82, died Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at Parkside Care Center. She was born in Green Bay on July 19, 1927, to the late Raymond and Honora (Thebo) DeKeuster. Mary married Myron R. Schley on July 2, 1949, at St. Mary Parish, Kaukauna. Her greatest hobby was spending time with family and friends.
Mary is survived by her son, Earl J. Schley; grandchildren: Dan Schley and Paula Leazier; great-grandchildren: Storm and Breeanna Schley, Carrie, Corie and Ed Leazier; sisters: Judy Hilliger, Lorraine (Madhav) Gaiha, Kathy Kaczmarek and Barbara (Steve) DePrycker; brother-in-law: Nick Leick; other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Myron; siblings: Phoebe Leick, Louis, Paul and Raymond DeKeuster Jr.; and brothers-in-law: Norbert Hilliger and Frank Kaczmarek.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 6, 2009, at HOLY CROSS PARISH (309 Desnoyer St., Kaukauna) at 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Pomeroy will officiate.
