    Obituary:
    Hannah Elizabeth Delfosse, infant daughter of David and Jill (Jansen) Delfosse was welcomed in the Lord's loving embrace Friday, March 18, 2005, at Froedert Hospital, Milwaukee.
    Hannah is survived by her parents; two sisters, Grace and Isabelle; grandparents: Wayne and Sally Delfosse, Little Chute, and William and Doris Jansen, Little Chute; aunts, uncles and other relatives.
    Family graveside services will be held at St. John Cemetery, Little Chute.
    Hannah's family wishes to extend their deepest heartfelt thanks to all those who prayed for Hannah and who continue to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers. A memorial has been established.
    We'll hold you in heaven someday.
    When our trials on earth pass away.
    The angels will rock you, the Father will watch over you.
    We know you're waiting for us.
    We never could hold you or tell you "Goodbye,"
    But we'll hold you in heaven someday.
