    Joan M. Conrad, 80, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Parkside Care Center. Joan was born on September 30, 1931 in Little Chute to John and Lucina (Hartjes) Johnson. She was united in marriage to Martin Conrad on June 17, 1953 at Holy name, and together they spent 58 wonderful years together. Joan was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and always enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a very generous and caring person and always charitable to those in need. Joan taught religion at Holy Name. She was a member of the Cross and Crown prayer group, Holy Spirit Parish, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Joan is survived by her husband, Martin, of Kimberly, two daughters; Cindy (Mark) Conrad-Antonie of Madison, Sandy (Dale) Oudenhoven of Little Chute, one grandson, Zack Antoine of Madison, one sister, Lorrie (Tom) Wildenberg, her and sisters-in-law, Geraldine Fahrenkrug, Alice Subert, Wilma Weyenberg, Theresa (Roy) Vanden Heuvel, a brother-in-law, Dale Seefeldt, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters-in-law; Harriet (Marty) Vande Hey, Gertrude (Dick) Grishaber, and Josephine Seefeldt two brothers-in-law Chris (Janie) Coenraad and George Subert.The funeral liturgy for Joan will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 12:00 PM at HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY NAME CHURCH, 600 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until the time of the mass at the church. Interment will be in the Holy Name Cemetery. The family would like to thank Parkside Care Center, Heartland Hospice, and Dr. Joyce Bauer for all the care they have shown Joan and her family during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Joan's name. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
