    James "Jim" Van Den Heuvel, 73, of De Pere, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2012 surrounded by his family. He was born on June 17, 1939 to the late George and Elsie (Smet) Van Den Heuvel. On September 17, 1960 he married the former Mary Jo Kain at Old St. Joseph Church. He was a graduate of Nicolet High School, class of 1958. Jim worked at Fairmont Foods for over 31 years and had other employment with Red Owl, Kemps Dairy, and Fox Valley Auto Auction. He enjoyed Camping, gardening, riding his whoopie wagon, watching the Packers and Brewers, and playing both cribbage and poker at the Moose Lodge, where he was a member.
    Jim is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Jo; five children, Lorri Abel, De Pere, Mary Van Den Heuvel, GA, Amy Steeno, Green Bay, Joan (Jeff) Lenhardt, Fon du Lac, Jamie (Doug) Church, Sheyboygan; 11 grandchildren, Troy, Tiffany, and Tamra Abel, Hayley and Brandon Van Den Heuvel, Nicki (Jamie) Morales, Levi Steeno, Cheyenne Lenhardt, Ashley, Doug Jr., and Damion Church; two great-grandchildren, Lexi and Kaden Morales. He is further survived by his brother, Ron (Lynn) Van Den Heuvel; his sister, Delores (Phil) Van Gheem; brother-in-law, Denis (Ruth) Kain, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, George and David Van Den Heuvel; in-laws Mickey and Millie Kain.
    Visitation will be held at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, on Tuesday, (TODAY) November 20, 2012 from 4pm until 8pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Family Parish, corner of Suburban Drive and Lourdes Avenue, from 10:30am until 12 noon when a Mass of Christian Burial will be held with Fr. Tim Shillcox O. Praem officiating. Please visit www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the family.

    Jamie Marie (Van Den Heuvel) Church, 37 of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly on Monday February 9th, 2015. She was born in Green Bay, WI on April 5th, 1977. She graduated from Kewaskum High School. Jamie married the love of her life, Doug Church, on April 12, 1996. She was employed at Port Recycling for 17 years.
    She enjoyed being with her husband and children who were the loves of her life, and enjoyed their time at the Dell's, biking, walking, fishing, reading, and bowling.
    She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Doug Church; three children, Ashley, Doug, and Damion Church; mother, Mary Jo (Kain) Van Den Heuvel, DePere; four sisters, Lorri Abel, DePere, Mary Van Den Heuvel, GA, Amy Steeno, Green Bay, Joan (Jeff) Lenhardt, Fond du Lac; mother-in-law, Bonnie Church, Sheboygan; two sisters-in-law, Glenda (Keith) Nelson, Sheboygan and Polly (Junior) Sanchez; five brothers-in-law, Sonny Church, Dwayne Church, Gary Church, David Church and Jonah Church. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
    She was preceded in death by her father Jim Van Den Heuvel, father-in-law Floyd Church, grandparents, and nephew Brian Abel.
    A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Ebenezer United Church of Christ (3215 Saemann Avenue, Sheboygan) with the Rev. Lorri Steward officiating. Friends may call on Monday, at the church, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
