    Dorner, Leone M. (Mrs. Micha el)Leone M. Dorner (Mrs. Michael), 85, Luxemburg, died Friday afternoon, Sept ember 12, 2003, at a local nursing home. She was born October 26, 19 17 in New Franken, to Valentine and Anna (Liebergen) Burkart. She marri ed Michael Dorner on June 21, 1938, St. Kilians Church, New Franken, and m oved with him to the Luxemburg farm where they lived for fifty-one years b efore moving to the village of Luxemburg. Leone was a homemaker whose fami ly was always the center of her life. She was the first and best teach er of her children and an attentive and loving grandmother. She was a long time member and past president of the Christian Mother's Society of St. Ma ry's Parish of Luxemburg, where she and her husband were for many years pa rt of the church choir.Leone is survived by her husband of 65 years, Michael Dorner, seven childr en: Roger (Donna) Dorner, Green Bay; Mary Ann Stockton, West Bend; Marjor ie Dorner, Winona, MN; Tom Dorner, DePere; Anita (Ted) Stodola, Luxembur g; Lori (Steve) Hogg, Carliste, Penn. and Diane (Marc) Erickson, Casco; S he is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Jason (Nicole) Dorner, Amy (To m) Wiegand, Michael (Jean) Stockton, Carson Stockton, David Stockton, Jenn ifer Stockton, Sumitra Dorner, Jaminie (Ted) Kellogg, Brian Stodola, Er in Stodola, Alex Stodola and Tim Anderson. Also surviving are eight great- grandchildren.Leone was preceded in death by one son, Bill Dorner, one infant daughter a nd one great-granddaughter, Courtney Stockton. Four sisters and three brot hers also preceded her in death.Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG from 4 to 8 p.m. S unday, Sept. 14 (today). Visitation will continue between 9:30-10:45 am Mo nday, Sept. 15 at St. Mary's Church, Luxemburg . Prayer service 6:30 p. m. Sunday at the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be he ld at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Mary's Church with the Rev. Milton Suess of ficiating. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery.In lieu of flowers a Memorial has been established in Leone's name for S t. Mary's School, Luxemburg.The family wishes to thank the staff of Bornemann's Nursing Home, Unity Ho spice and Drs. Kroll and Powell, for their kindness and concern in these d ifficult days.

    Obituary:
    Roger M. Dorner, 74, Green Bay, died suddenly Sunday March 16, 2014. He was born in Luxemburg on October 25, 1939 to the late Michael W. and Leone M. (Burkart) Dorner. On September 14, 1963 he married Donna Rae M. Delveaux at St. Martin Church in Tonet. Roger was employed with Fort Howard Paper, Green Bay for 32 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of St. Philip Church in Green Bay, singing in their choir and played an active roll in orchestrating their church picnics. Roger is best known for making his booyah aka: "Belgian Gold" serving many over the years. He loved to tinker at small engine repair, he was a member of the NABNB and the ROMEO Club and carried a delightful sense of humor that will live on forever.
    Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Donna, and their two children, Jason Dorner, Green Bay, Amy (Tom) Wiegand, Luxemburg, five grandchildren, Allyson, William, and Dagan, Dorner, Sadie and Chase Wiegand, one brother, Tom Dorner, Green Bay; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Marjorie Dorner, MN; Anita (Ted) Stodola, Luxemburg; Lori (Steve) Hogg, PA; Diane (Marc) Erickson, Casco; three brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law, Gary (Rita) Delveaux, Green Bay; Jill Lalko, Oshkosh; Linda (Matt) Connell, Mountain; Lisa (Lee) Laurent, New Franken, his mother-in-law, Bertha Delveaux, Luxemburg, many nieces, nephews and friends.
    Roger was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Dorner, one sister, Mary Ann Stockton, one brother-in-law, Marty Lalko, his father-in-law, Elmer Delveaux.
    Friends may call at (Roger's family parish) St. Mary Church, Luxemburg, between 3:30 and 6:45 pm, Friday March 21, 2014. Funeral 7:00 pm at the church with Rev. Milton Suess officiating. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Luxemburg. McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, is assisting the Dorner Family. Obituary Door County Daily News.
