Smits, Meghan L.Meghan L. Smits, Appleton, age 9, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday mor ning, December 22, 2005 at her home. She was born May 22, 1996 at Theda Cl ark Regional Medical Center, Neenah, the daughter of Ronald Kmecheck and N icole (Smits) and Lance Marheine.She is survived by her parents; her maternal grandparents: Gordon and Kath erine Smits, Freedom; paternal grandparents: Robert and Cheryl Kmecheck, F reedom; step-grandparents: Shirin Van Grinsven and Ron McCarthy, Appleto n; and Danny Marheine, Dundus; great-grandparents: Antonette Kmecheck, Sha wano; and Etta Quatsoe, Green Bay; godparents: Courtney Rosin and Gerald K mecheck; aunts, uncles and cousins.Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 S.
