    Obituary:
    Ethel Mae Wenninger, age 75, of Appleton, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born October 31, 1932, in Green Bay to the late Joseph and Adeline (Loewenhagen) Wenninger. Ethel Mae resided most of her life in Appleton and was formerly employed at Tuttle Press for 40 years, retiring in 1992.
    She was a dedicated member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Ethel Mae enjoyed playing cards and bingo with her friends and had a special talent for craftwork. She could make many beautiful items.
    She will be deeply missed by her brother Donald Wenninger of Appleton; a niece, Debra Wenninger: two nephews: Joseph (Barb) Wenninger and their children Amy (Philip) Sabee, and Jennifer and Rachel Wenninger; David (Chris) Wenninger and their children Tiffani, Meghan, and Austin Wenninger; other relatives and dear friends.
    In addition to her parents, Ethel Mae was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Carol Wenninger and good friend, Alfred Reinke.
    Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 25th, at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 930 E. Florida Ave., Appleton, with Rev. Virgil Hanson of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and then directly at the church from 9 a.m. Friday until the time of the service. A memorial fund has been established for Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
    The family would like to extend a special thank you Dr. R. Fox and his staff, Appleton Medical Center ICU and 4 south, Franciscan Care Center, and Theda Care at Home Hospice.
