Obituary:
At 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, April 17th, occurred the death of Henry Fink, Sr. a pioneer settler of Calumet Co., at the home of his son Henry near Dundas at the ripe age of 85 years, 4 months and 21 days, after a lingering illness. He was a native of Germany, being born in Dusseldorf. In 1850 he came to this country, stopping one year at Boston, Mass., where he was married to Elizabeth Reiven1. In 1851 he moved with his wife to Wisconsin and settled in the wilderness in the town of Woodville, near Dundas, where he devoted his time to clearing land and farming. The deceased was one of our very first settlers, there being no railroad or roads to this vicinity at the time and they had to carry most of their provisions from Green Bay. Seven years ago this aged couple celebrated their golden wedding. The deceased served several terms as county clerk of Calumet county in the early fifties. Twelve years unreadable of paralysis unreadable invalid ever since having been taken care of by his loving wife until March 12th, 1906, when she was called to her eternal reward. Mr. Fink was a very industrious man and was greatly interested in the advancement of this section of the country. He was a good neighbor and although his death was not wholly unexpected he is deeply mourned by a large circle of relatives and friends. Though confined to his bed for a long time he bore his lot patiently. He leaves to mourn one son, Henry, one daughter, Mrs. Math Kersten2 of Rudolph, twenty six grand children and four great-grandchildren. The funeral took place Saturday from St. Francis' Church at Holland, of which he was a devout member, and was attended by a large number of relatives and friends who came to offer their last tribute of respect to their venerable friend. The services were conducted by Rev. Father Vander Elsen. Those from outside who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Math. Kersten and daughter Theresa of Rudolf, John and Bernard Broekmans and Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Coenen3 of De Pere, Mrs. John Kobussen and son of Little Chute, Mrs. John Coppers of Kaukauna, John Gerrits of Wrightstown and Mr. and Mrs. Mich. Arts of Ladysmith.

Henry E. Fink, aged 79 years, father of Martin Fink of this city, passed away at his home, route one, Forest Junction, at 6 o'clock Monday evening following an illness of one week. The deceased was born in Forest Junction and lived there all of his life. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Hollandtown. Survivors are his widow, two daughters, Mrs. William Coenen of Menasha and Mrs. August Van Re Mortel of DePere; nine sons, Martin of Kaukauna, Joseph of Neenah, William of Wrightstown, John of Forest Junction, Nicholas of Dundas, Ben of Hilbert, Steve of Oshkosh, and Frank and Edward of Oneida; one sister, Mrs. Matthew Kersten of Rudolph; 34 granchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 9 o'clock Thursday morning from St. Francis Catholic Church, Hollandtown, with Rev. Cornelius Raymakers, pastor, in charge. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

Obituary:
MartinJ. Fink, route 3, Kaukauna died at 4:30 a.m. Monday following a six week illness. He was 86. Born March 3, 1883 in the Town of Woodville, Mr. Fink farmed in the Town of Buchanan and also did mason work. He retired in 1955 when he moved to the Town of Holland. He was a member of the St. Francis Society. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis Catholic Church with Rev. Edward Kilsdonk officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the Greenwood Funeral Home, Kaukauna. The rosary will be prayed at 8 o'clock this evening.
Survivors are his wife Hannah; two daughters, Mrs. Willard Eileen Liebergen, route 3 Kaukauna, and Mrs. Robert Schwatzbauer, Menasha; two sons, Francis Fink, route 1 Menasha, and M/Sgt. Leo A Fink, USAF Peru, Ind.; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Joseph L. Kersten, 66, of 6423 S. Union Road, Manitowoc, died Saturday morning, October 31, 1987, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 9:15 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 10 a.m. at St. Casimer Catholic Church, Northeim. THe Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Charles Mocco and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc. Graveside military rites will be accord by V.F.W. Post 659.
Mr. Kersten was born July 12, 1921, at Brillion, Wisconsin, son of the late Henry and Margaret Roedig Kersten. He married Gladys V. Stanzel on September 28, 1946, at Holy Innocents Catholic CHurch, Manitowoc. After marriage the couple settled in the city of Manitowoc until 6 years ago when they moved to their present address. Mr. Kersten was owner and operator of Kersten Paint Store from 1949 until retiring in 1981. He was a member of Newton Lions, VCT and TPA; member and past commander of V.F.W. Post 659 and also served on the State V.F.W. Competition Committee. Mr. Kersten served with the 28th Photo Reconnoissance [sic] Squadron of the United States Air Corp during World War II. He served 26 months in the Pacific Theatre.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Richard and Peggy Kersten of Manitowoc and James and Joan Kersten of Manitowoc and Robert Kersten at home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Tom Vnuk of Manitowoc and Kathy and Larry Kaminski of Worthington, Ohio; two brothers, Ray Kersten of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and Larry Kersten of Dubuque, Iowa; three grandsons, Ross, Ryan and Jason Kersten; two granddaughters, Sara and Heid Vnuk; and two step granddaughters, Kerry and Kim Kaminski. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Elsie, Veronica and Marie.
There will be no Monday evening visitation. Pfeffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. The family would appreciate memorials to the American Cancer Society and Wisconsin Kidney Foundation.

Viola is survived by her husband, Reinhard; a daughter, Audrey Harder, Milwaukee; a son, Donald "Pat" Harder, Menasha; two sisters; Regina Brooks, Appleton; Lorraine McGregor, Racine; three brothers and a sister-in-law; Clem and Katie Fink, Cambria; Robert Fink, Chippewa Falls; Kenneth Fink, Alabama.
Viola is further survived by her in laws; Frederick and Marcella Harder, Hilbert; Gerhard Harder, San Antonio, Texas; and Lorene Harder, Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by three sister; Genevieve, Ruth, Norraine, and two brother; Clarence and Norbert.

Burial will be at St. Luke Cemetery, Chilton.

Regi na was born in the Town of Woodville, daughter of the late Henry and Cathe rine (Gerrits) Fink. On October 5, 1937, she married Leo Brooks. He preced ed her in death in 1992. Regina was well known for her needlework, especia lly crochet. She was also a faithful fan of the daily soap operas on telev ision. You are missing my other twin Aunt Lorraine married to Patrick McDaniel live in Racine. Aunt Norraine lived in Appleton and she passed away along with her husband with in a few months. My mother, Regina was in the middle of the family. She had 5 older than her and 5 younger than her. She was 10 years old when her mother died and the twins were 10 days old. So my mother took care of the younger kids until she was 17 when Calumet County took the kids away from their father because he was drunk all the time and not providing for them. The older boys when to area farms and other older girls when so some time job. Uncle Bob was a little slow so they sent him to Chippewa Falls to some home for boys. Uncle Kenneth and Ruth went to the orphanage in Green Bay and my mother went to Our Lady of Charity because she was too young to be on her own and to old for the orphanage because she was only 17 years. After my mother and dad were married they took Ruth out of the orphanage to live with them on the Brooks Homestead until till she married her husband, Richard Vosters. The twins were adopted my their mother's brothers....Bill Gerrits adopted Lorraine and Nicholas Gerrits adopted Norraine. There were always hard feelings between my mother and her twin sister, Lorraine because she never invited her brothers and sisters to her wedding. Mother would always says Lorraine wasn't her sister anymore.....she even went to the grave not seeing her sister. After mother died I decided that I wanted to see Aunt Lorraine but she just made excuses why I couldn't come and see her in Racine...She was gone all summer to the cottage and in the fall they went to a lot of Packer Games. Well that was OK for awhile........but being the full blooded Hollander that I am I went on a mission. Just so happens Aunt Lorraine had knee surgery and she was confined to her home and I showed up on her door step. She was a little shocked at first but I felt satisfied that I went to see her but I haven't heard a word from her since...I believe she is still alive. I think last time I saw her I must have been 7 or 8 years old at Uncle Bill's house in Wrightstown. When I went to visit Aunt Lorraine I should have taken Kay Krueger Pingel, Norraine's daughter, with me because she was 10 years old when her mother, Norraine died and 3 months later her father died. Her and her brother, Mark, landed in a foster home....I guess Lorraine never got in contact with her twin sisters children and Kay wanted to see her, too. I will always hope she would try and get a hold of Kay to talk to her but that isn't very likely...I tried...but at least she let me take their picture before I left. So I gave Kay a picture of her Aunt that she has never seen . Well, I better gone now before I get email cramps in my fingers. This is the most of typed since I retired.

(Janssen) Van Gheem, 88, lifelong resident of Brown County, pass ed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2005 surrounded by her fami ly following a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born Septemb er 15, 1917 to Leon and Mary (Fink) Janssen, and was raised in the To wn of Hobart. On May 17, 1939, she married Leo Van Gheem at St. Boniface C hurch in De Pere. They farmed in the Town of Lawrence until his death in F ebruary of 1970. She continued farming until her son took over the fami ly farm. She later worked at Burgoyne Egg Farms until she moved to De Pe re in 1973. From that time until her retirement on February 4, 1995, she m ade many great meals for the Priests at St. Joseph Priory at St. Norbert C ollege Campus in De Pere.Leona loved traveling and was ready to go at a moments notice. Her trave ls took her around the world, including trips to Hawaii, Alaska, and Europ e. She was a volunteer at the Weidner Center as well as Community Theate r. She had been a member of the Brown County Homemakers, Little Rapids 4 -H Club, and the Christian Mothers Society of St. Boniface Church. Leona l oved playing cards and games of all sorts, including trips to the casino a nd playing sheephead. An avid reader, she also liked to crochet, making ov er a hundred afghans and special gifts for her children and grandchildr en at Christmas. She loved sports, especially the Packers, Brewers, and Ba dgers. Eileen Liebergen, 92, Kaukauna, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, November 12, 2010, at St. Paul Home. Eileen was born in Hollandtown, on December 27, 1917, daughter of the late Martin and Mayme (Duffy) Fink. On October 3, 1938, she married Willard Liebergen in Hollandtown. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1988.
Over the years, Eileen was employed at White Clover Dairy, as well as Van Abels. Many will remember how she loved to play cards with friends and relatives.
Eileen is survived by two children, Jerry (Judy) Liebergen, Kaukauna; and Lois (Todd) Luedtke, Little Chute; a son-in-law, Jack Heilman, Kaukauna; six grandchildren, Dawn (Bob) Dercks, Diane (Gary) Soltwisch, Bill (Ann) Heilman, Nate (Melissa) Luedtke, Brandon Luedtke and his special friend, Emily Van Dyke, and Andy Luedtke; eight great-grandchildren, Danielle, Brian and Nick Dercks; Gregg, Lindsay and Sam Soltwisch; and Jonathon and Rebecca Heilman. There is also a sister-in-law, Agnes Liebergen.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Joni Heilman; a son, Bill Liebergen; and a brother, Francis (Alice) Fink.

Keberlein, Evelyn B. Evelyn B. Keberlein, age 92, Menasha, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2006, at Theda
Clark Medical Center in Neenah. Evelyn was born July 4, 1913, in De Pere, Wi., the daughter of the late William and
Elizabeth (Fink) Coenen. She married Anthony Keberlein who preceded her in death on June 23, 1991. She had been
employed for many years at Wisconsin Tissue retiring in 1975. Evelyn was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
She enjoyed working and spending time with her family.
Evelyn is survived by her loving son, William Karl (Lynn) Keberlein, Menasha; her loving daughter, Betty Lou (Ronald)
Alberts, Pewaukee; seven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by
a brother; Clyde (LaVerne) Coenen, Appleton. She was preceded in death by five brothers; and a sister.
Funeral services for Evelyn will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. at the Laemmrich Funeral Home,
312 Milwaukee St., Menasha, with Father Richard Allen officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of Heaven
Mausoleum, Neenah. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Marvin M. Coenen, Menasha Age 84, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 18, 1998, at his home. He was born April 12, 1914, in De Pere, son of the late William and Elizabeth (Fink) Coenen. Marvin was employed at Wisconsin Tissue Mills for 20 years prior to his retirement in 1978. He was a United States Army veteran serving in WW II in the Red Arrow divisiion in New Guinea. Marvin was a member of the Disabled Veterans and St. John Catholic Church in Menasha. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing and boating. Marvin is survived by two brothers and three sisters-in-law,. Clyde (LaVerne) Coenen, Appleton; Carl (Esther) Coenen, Neenah; and Leone Coenen, Menasha; a sister, Evelyn Keberlein, Menasha; and numberous nieces and nephews. Marvin was also preceded in death by three brothers, Edward Clarence and William Coenen, and a sister, Lola Martin. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 21, 1998, at St. John Catholic church in Menasha with Rev. Paul Radetski officiating. Interment will be in ST. Mary Cemetery, Menasha. Obituary:
Clayton J. "Clyde" Coenen, of Appleton, WI, found peace with the Lord on April 22, 2009, with family surrounding him at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton. He was born April 27, 1916, in De Pere, WI, son of the late William and Elizabeth (Fink) Coenen. Clyde married LaVerne Tillman in Appleton on December 27, 1947. Together, they shared a family-focused life full of faith and love.
Clyde is survived by his wife, LaVerne, of 61 years, and his children; Dan (Sally) Coenen of Athens, GA, Amy Coenen (Arthur Anderson) of Milwaukee, WI, Doug (Cathy) Coenen of Richboro, PA, Chip (LuAnn) Coenen of Appleton, Paul (Michelle) Coenen of Appleton, and Beth (Steve) Strohbusch of Milwaukee. "Papa" is also survived by 16 grandchildren: Tim (Ann), Tom, Michael, Amy, Claire, Andy, Sara, Sam, Kristin (Nick Kelly), Ben, Dan, Clay, Laura, Maria, John and Will; his great-grandson Aaron; and many other family members and friends with whom Clyde shared his positive and optimistic spirit.
Clyde was preceded in death by his son, Greg, who passed away on June 23, 2008, and Greg's wife, Peg, who passed away on January 12, 2005.
Clyde lived in Neenah and Appleton, WI, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was guided and inspired by his beloved mother, his Catholic faith, his deep work ethic, his dedication to service, and his love of life.
Clyde attended St. Patrick's School in Menasha, Neenah High School, and Lawrence University. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1950. He spent much of his career as a wholesale lumber broker, having founded Coenen Land and Lumber through which he developed the Applegate subdivision.
During his youth, Clyde was recognized as an Eagle Scout, as captain of his high school football team and as a state-champion wrestler. A World War II veteran, he served as lead bombardier on 35 missions for the 8th Air Force of the Army Air Corps. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal, and other military honors. His Flying Cross citation stated, "The technical skill and courageous devotion to duty displayed by Lt. Coenen on these occasions reflect the greatest credit upon himself and the Army air forces."
Clyde served his community in many ways - as a supervisor for the Town of Grand Chute, as a key innovator and early chairman of the Xavier Food Fair, as a deeply committed parishioner at St. Mary Parish in Appleton, and as a supporter of Habitat for Humanity. He was a member of the Appleton American Legion Post #38 and Knights of Columbus (Fourth Degree).
Clyde had a passion for building, inventing and creating connections with individual people and the broader community. With his own hands, he converted a barracks at Madison's Truax field into a first home for his new family and later constructed his longtime home on Spencer Street in Appleton.
At the heart of Clyde's life was service to others. His volunteer work included building and renovation projects at Appleton's Monte Alverno Retreat House, Villa Hope/Villa Phoenix, the Appleton ABC (A Better Chance) House, as well as projects at Camp WeHaKee in northern Wisconsin and St. Maurice Parish in Ft. Lauderdale. His work on behalf of St. Mary's included creation of the Boy and Girl Scout Rooms, management of the All Pro Paint-Up Bowl, development of the St. Ann Community Room, and renovations to the sacristy, rectory and convent.
Ahead of his time as an advocate for recycling and reuse of materials, Clyde received a U.S. patent for a device to bundle newspapers. He never stopped thinking or tinkering, always looking for a better way to accomplish a task.
Special thanks are extended to Dr. Lee Vogel, the staffs at Touchmark and Cherry Meadows Hospice, Sister Joanne Goessl, OSF, and all of the family members and friends who have prayed for Clyde and helped him in countless ways.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, April 27 (Clyde's birthday) at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 South State Street, Appleton. A parish prayer and scripture service will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home on Sunday. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.

Clarence A. Coenen (moe) 644 London St., Menasha Age 64, died unexpectedly Sunday morning at his home. He was born May 8, 1918 in DePere, and had been a resident of the Twin Cities most of his life. He was employed at the American Can Company for 42 years retiring June 1, 1980, and was also a member of their Quarter Century Club. Coenen, Carl B., Neenah, Age 78, passed away peacefully at Peabody Manors Cherry Meadows. He was born September 21, 1923. Carl married Esther Reichel on August 23, 1947 in Neenah. He served in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Galveston, Texas. Carl worked for over 40 years for Kimberly-Clark Corp. He served six years as an Alderman for the city of Neenah. Carl enjoyed hunting, fishing and carpentry and he lived spending time with his family. He was a charter member of St. Mark's Ev. Lutheran Church and he was a member of the American Legion Post #38 of Appleton. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Esther; four children: Gary Dianna) Coenen, Drawford, Georgia; Steven (Phyliss) coenen, Neenah; Cynthia (Paul) Kordus, Neenah; Pamela (Robert) Buss, Neenah; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Clayton "Clyde" (LaVerne) Coenen, Appleton; and a sister, Evelyn Keberlein, Menasha. Vincent B. VanRemortel, 88, De Pere, passed away Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at his home. The son of the late August and Cora (Fink) Van Remortel was born Oct. 17, 1922. Vince served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II from 1943 to 1946. Vince married Janet Ambrose on Aug. 17, 1953, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in De Pere. He worked at Nicolet Paper Company in De Pere for many years, retiring in 1987. Vince was an avid Packer and De Pere Redbird fan, and enjoyed fishing up north. He had a legacy of service and faith to his church, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, De Pere, where he was a lifelong member.
Vince enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Vince is survived by his children, Joan (Daryl) Hutjens, Jim (Judy) VanRemortel, John (special friend, Judith) VanRemortel, all of De Pere; and Barb (Augustine) VanRemortel- Lopez, Alaska; grandchildren, Andrea (fiance, Scott) Hutjens, Nicole and Brad Hutjens, Katie and Joe VanRemortel, Eric and Andy VanRemortel; great-grandchildren, Brennan and Kaylee Hutjens; sister and brother, Laverne (Sis) Treml and Don (Mary Jane) VanRemortel. Obituary:
Doris M. Zegers, 83, died in the peace of faith on Friday, April 9, 2010. Her passing is just six months after the death of her husband of 60 years, Clarence J. Zegers. Doris and Clarence were married on May 30, 1949, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in De Pere. In May 2009, they shared a festive celebration of their diamond anniversary with their children and grandchildren. The couple were members of the St. Francis Xavier Parish, where Doris was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. In their later years together, Doris and Clarence later became members of Old St. Joseph Church on the campus of St. Norbert College.
Doris was born on Dec. 12, 1926, to the late August and Cora (Fink) Van Remortel. She graduated from De Pere High School in 1944 where she enjoyed playing clarinet in the marching band and also bowling with friends. She was a stenographer and legal secretary at the law firm of Smith & Smith in De Pere. In later years as her children grew, she was a secretary for the De Pere Chamber of Commerce, the De Pere School District and St. Norbert Abbey. However, she believed that her most important work was in their family home, where she and Clarence taught their children to pray and live the Catholic faith. There they learned by seeing thousands of examples of love and faith that are so large in the eyes of God.
Doris' ancestors were among the pioneering families who founded the Dutch Catholic settlement and church in southern Brown County. Her inheritance was a deep well of faith that sustained her throughout her life.
Her failing eyesight and health in later years did not dim her enthusiasm for the activities and accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. She closely followed all of their work and school activities and was generous with prayers and praise. Doris was also blessed over the years with great friends and extended family, with whom she enjoyed playing cards and sharing conversation.
She will be sadly missed by her children and grandchildren, James and Mary (Smith) Zegers, Madison and their son, Andrew, Madison; John and Jean (VanWassenhoven) Zegers, De Pere and their children, Scott, New York City and Jenny, De Pere; Ann and Joseph Hilke, Plymouth and their daughters, Jennifer and Michelle; Donald and Teresa (Kanouse) Zegers, De Pere and their son, Daniel; Joseph and Karen (Pearson) Zegers, De Pere, and their daughters, Emily, Mariah and Olivia; and Mary and James Pahl, De Pere and their daughter, Heather. Doris is survived by a sister, La Verne Treml; two brothers, Vincent Van Remortel and Donald (Mary Jane) Van Remortel; and a sister-in-law, Marie Van Remortel, all of De Pere. She is also survived by many godchildren, nephews and nieces, and other extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, last October; four sisters, Viola and her husband, Tony Bangert, Esther and her husband, Clarence Gullickson, Della Wilson; an infant sister, Ruby; one brother, Victor Van Remortel; a brother-in-law, Felix Treml; and a sister-in-law, Janet Van Remortel.
Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, at Old St. Joseph Catholic Church on the campus of St. Norbert College. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m. with Revs. Charles Hoffmann, James Baraniak, O. Praem and V. Anthony Dolski concelebrating. A committal service will follow at Mt. Many will remember her as an excellent cook and supe rb homemaker. Agnes A. "Ag" Liebergen, age 95, of Wrightstown, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016. The daughter of the late William and Antoinette Fink was born April 12, 1921. After attending St. Francis School in Woodville, she married Nestor Liebergen in 1940 in Hollandtown. She was a teller at the Forest Junction Bank for many years before retiring. Agnes enjoyed playing cards, reading, crossword puzzles, fishing and gambling. She was a member of St. Clare Parish-St. Patrick Site.
Survivors include her children: Roger (Kay) Liebergen, Ronald (Lois) Liebergen, Romae Van Handel, Roy (Carol) Liebergen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; half-sister: Ruth (Walter) Ver Haagh; a special friend Barney Driessen and his family; as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband Nestor in 1992; son Richard Liebergen; son-in-law Alois; siblings: Earl Fink, Sylvester Fink, Elmer Fink, Dorothy Nushart, Florance Jirkowic and Mabel McKinley; half-brother: Robert Fink.
Family and friends may visit at St. Katharine Drexel Parish-St. Francis Site, 433 Cty Road CE, Hollandtown (Kaukauna), on Tuesday, November 29, from 9:00am until 10:45am. Clarence J. "Clancy" Fink, 75, Auburndale, died on Friday, April 9, 2010, at his home in the Town of Day. Mr. Fink was born on March 15, 1935, in Ashwaubenon, Wis., to Frank and Cecelia (Verbryggan) Fink. He had been employed at International Papers in Kaukauna for 42 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
He married Jane Hoersch Bongers on April 25, 1997, in Appleton. Clancy enjoyed retirement very much and was a talented carpenter and handyman and had numerous, numerous projects. He also enjoyed gardening, nature, his Cub Cadets and had a passion for winemaking.
He is survived by his wife, Jane; his children, April Fink, Appleton, and her mother, Shirley Fink; Keith (Donna) Fink, Hortonville, and their children, Heather and Mariah; and Craig Fink, Appleton, and his children, Dakcota and Branden. He is also survived by Jane's daughter, Tanya (Jason) White, Stevens Point, and their children, Kylee, Ayden and Ayric. He is further survived by a sister, Arlene (Charles) Renn, Tomahawk; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Paula and Wayne Micke and Mary Kay Schneider, all of Brillion; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; siblings, Harold, Don and Bob Fink, Loretta Andrews and Mariel LaPlante; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ben and Jeanette Hoersch; and a brother-in-law, Gil Schneider.

Lillian Mae Martin, 89, of Greenleaf died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at St. Paul's Home in Kaukauna.
The daughter of the late Stephen and Agnes (Ver Bruggen) Fink was born June 1, 1924 in De Pere, WI. She was united in marriage to Robert J. Martin on June 5, 1946 at St. Boniface Church in De Pere. They enjoyed 58 years of wedded bliss. Lillian passed away on Robert's birthday.
Lillian loved to garden, read - her favorite book was Indian Nations, bake, sew, and make quilts with Robert. They enjoyed canning together, going on car rides and going to dances. Lillian celebrated her 70th class reunion from Nicolet High School this summer. She will always be remembered for her witty one-liners, her love of family and her love of our golden retriever, Riley.
Lillian was a loving wife and mother of 11 children, 26 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren. Georgiana "Georgie" W. Nuthals, Green Bay, formerly of West De Pere, found peace Saturday evening, May 16, 2015, following a long illness with her family at her side while at a local nursing home. Born May 17, 1926, in West De Pere, she is the daughter of the late Steve and Agnes (VerBruggen) Fink. Georgie married Wayne Nuthals on Sept. 26, 1946, at St. Boniface Church in West De Pere and the couple then resided in Green Bay. Wayne preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 1976. After his passing, Georgie worked for a brief time at St. Vincent Hospital. She was a long-time member of Saints Peter and Paul Parish and taught CCD for a while. Georgie will be remembered for her enjoyment of sewing, gardening, painting and her appreciation for the great outdoors. She was a dedicated wife and mother, known for her kindness and love of animals. Also, Georgie always treasured her time spent with her precious grandchildren.

Obituary:
Wayne Alvin Fink, age 86, of Weyauwega, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2011. He was born in the Town of Wolf River on August 20, 1924, to Edwin and Martha Fink (Krenke). Wayne was baptized at St. John's Lutheran Church-Wisconsin Synod in East Bloomfield, on August 24, 1924. He grew up in that area and later moved to Weyauwega. Wayne attended St. Peter Lutheran Elementary School. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church (WELS), where he was confirmed in the Christian faith and remained a lifelong member.
Wayne proudly served his country during WWII in the United States Army; he was stationed in Korea. On September 28, 1947, he married the love of his life, Verona Behnke, in Manawa, WI. Early in their marriage Wayne worked for Louie Lautenschlager's filling station and Ray Akey's Shell. He then drove milk truck for Wagner's Weyauwega Milk Products for many years. Wayne and Verona enjoyed yearly vacations visiting her sister and her family in Illinois, and in retirement they enjoyed taking day trips throughout the state with Verona's brothers.
Wayne always looked forward to spending time with family. He especially enjoyed playing card games at the Behnke family farm, and more recently at Crystal River Nursing Home where Verona has resided the last few years. Wayne also loved watching the Brewers on TV. He was a devoted husband and Wayne and Verona would have celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary this year.
He is survived by his loving wife, Verona; two daughters, Patricia (Daniel) Waller, Waupaca, and Susan (Willie) Bynum, Milwaukee; one son, Mark (Marcia) Fink, Weyauwega; seven grandchildren, Lori (Dmitri) Martin, Chad (Rachel) Waller, Sara (Rafael) Connemara, Billy (Autumn) Bynum, Mallory (Sean McNulty) Fink, LanaBeth (Michael) Baerenwald, and Charles Fink; four great-grandchildren, Dhara Martin, Makenna Bynum, Elias Connemara and expected Baby Baerenwald.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Al Stelter; a stepbrother, Arnie Stelter; his brothers- and sisters-in-law; and a granddaughter, Haley Fink.
Wayne loved his Lord and Savior and his family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed. "Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life." Revelation 2:10.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 24, from 4-7 p.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home, Weyauwega. The funeral will take place at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 312 W. Main, Weyauwega, with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service.
