Last Rites Set For War Veteran - Marcus Lawrence, 52, World War veteran, died this week at the Veterans' Home. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Veterans' Home Chapel. The Webber Funeral Parlors are in charge of the rites.
Lawrence is survived by his widow, Mrs. Helen Lawrence, and a daughter, both of Modesto. A sister, Mrs. Catherine Crouse, lives at Yountville.
