Gilson, Thomas R.
Thomas R. Gilson, 60, Greenleaf, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10, 2009. He was born February 27, 1949, in Green Bay, son of the late William and Lorriane (Hodgins) Gilson. He graduated from Wrightstown High School, and farmed all his life in the Greenleaf area. Tom also owned and operated Ledgerock Springs with his family. He enjoyed cooking and his trips to Jamaica. Tom loved gardening in the summer, and his morning coffee at D&G. Tom was an avid dog lover and always had a dog by his side.
Survivors include his three children: Shelly (special friend-Kurt McMahon) Gilson, Toby (special friend, Teri) Gilson, and Todd Gilson; one granddaughter, Taylor Verhagen; brother, John (Maggie) Gilson; sister, Penny VandeVoort; nephews, Beau and Dustin Gilson, and Jake (fiancee- Trisha) VandeVoort; and a niece, Tracy Gilson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
