Obituary:
Chilton – Mrs. William Griem, aged 74 , passed away Sunday morning at 8:30 o'clock. Anna Elizabeth Herberg was born at Port Jervis, New York and came to Wisconsin when she was 22 years old. She was united in marriage to William Griem at New Holstein forty-eight years ago. Mrs. Griem was a charter member of the German Ladies' Aid having been a member for thirty-two years. The survivors are her husband, two daughters Mrs. Otto Bechlem, and Miss Marianna, and one son, George all at home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the home. The Rev. George Schmidt will officiate and interment will be in Hillside cemetery.

Annie married Griem, William 13 Dec 1884. William (son of Griem, William B. and Hintze, Fanny) was born 3 Jan 1861; died 26 Feb 1946. [Group Sheet]
