    Mrs. Charles (Hannah) Hartzheim Rt 2, Menasha Age 85, passed away at 8:30 a. m. on Thursday following a lingering illness. She was born Septemoer 4, 1888 in the Town of Harrison and had been a resi- dent of that area all of her life. Her husband preceded her in death in 1969. Survivors are five daughters, Mrs Oscar (Clara) Fischer of Melbourne, Florida, Mrs Jacob (Esther) Wollersheim of Kaukauna, Mrs George (Rita) Burr of Downers Grove,Ill, Miss Edna Hartzheim of Rt 2, Menasha Mrs Clarence (Viola) Lemmers of Shiocton; three sons, Henry of Rt 1, Black Creek, Raymond of Rt 2, Menasha, and Elmer of Hanover, Kansas, a sister, Mrs Margaret Schoemaker of Los Angeles, 24 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9 30 on Saturday morning at the Laemmnch Funeral Home, and at 10 a. m. at St Mary Catholic Church with the Rev Louis Prefontaine officiating. Interment will be in Holy Angels Cemetery in Darboy. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 until 9 p m on Friday and the prayer service will be held at 8 p m Friday evening.

    Hartzheim, Henry E.
    Henry E. Hartzheim, Black Creek, age 96, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, November 30, 2008, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. He was born June 15, 1912, in the Town of Harrison, son of the late Charles and Hannah (Jochman) Hartzheim. Henry was employed at Murphy Construction for 40 years until his retirement at the age of 75 and he farmed until age 95. He enjoyed motorcycles, traveling and time spent with his family.
    Henry is survived by his children: Sharon (Robert) Dewey, Manitowoc; Ed (Jill) Hartzheim, Black Creek; Janice Mitchell (Pat Kelly), Winter, WI; Joyce (John) Kranzusch, Florence; and Rose (Pat) Bosshart, Freedom; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters: Viola Lemmers, Shiocton; Edna Luebke, Manitowoc; Rita Burr, Downers Grove, IL.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Artista; three grandsons: Christopher, Marshall and Scott; two sisters and two brothers.

    Obituary:
    Viola Lemmers, age 86, of New London, formerly of Shiocton, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 18, 2016. Viola was born on March 10, 1930 in Menasha, the daughter of the late Charles and Johanna (Jochman) Hartzheim. She married Clarence "Peach" Lemmers on October 10, 1953. He preceded her in death in 1999. Viola and Clarence farmed in the rural Shiocton area for many years. Together they retired to the Shawano Lake area, where she found joy in her ceramic shop and the many wonderful customers she met throughout the years. They then moved back to Shiocton in 1999. Viola loved her flower beds, gardening and shopping. Mom took a lot of pride in her yard. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Shiocton.
    Viola is survived by her children, Glenn (Linda) Lemmers, Carla (Daniel) Conlon, Diane Lewellyn, Mary (Terry) Wilson and Nona (Tom) Kranzusch; grandchildren, Debra (Michael) Cummings, Glenn (Missy) Lemmers Jr., Michael Lemmers, Bobbi Jo (Tim) Pues, Robin Conlon, Shelly (Cory) Fuss, Craig (Elyse) Wilson, Matthew Lewellyn, Kyle and Kayla Kranzusch and great-grandchildren, Brandon, Riley, Cole, Dean and Tatum.
    Viola was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Rita (George), Clara (Oscar), Esther (Jake), Edna (Wallace), Elmer (Sophi), Ray (Dina) and Henry (Artista).
    A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at St. Denis Catholic Church in Shiocton. Fr. Richard Allan and Deacon Ken Bilgrien will be officiating. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

    Edna S. Luebke, age 83, of 4422 Center Road, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Edna was born on May 2, 1927, in the Town of Harrison, daughter of the late Charles and Hannah (Jachone) Hartzheim. She married Wallace J. Luebke on May 10, 1975, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Menasha. He preceded her in death on November 17, 2007.
    Edna was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Senior Memories and the Silvertones. She enjoyed painting, embroidery, horseback riding and traveling.
    Survivors include two sisters: Rita Burr, Downers Grove, ILL; Viola Lemmers, Shiocton. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wallace Luebke; three brothers: Elmer, Henry and Raymond Hartzheim; two sisters: Clara Fischer and Esther Wallsheim.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at St. Francis of Assisi Parish-Grand, South 14th and Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. Rev. Daniel Schuster will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum, 1500 Hwy 310, Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. The Jens Family Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the Luebke family.

    Carl Fischer passed away on August 10, 2017. He was born on November 25, 1937 to the late Oscar and Clara (Hartzheim) Fischer. Carl married his wife, Joann Van Schyndel in 1961 and together they had three children. He treasured spending time with his family. As well as a family man, he was an extremely proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was honored to have served his county. In his free time, Carl enjoyed traveling with the family, particularly day trips to Oneida. He relished in helping others, donating his stuffed animals to hospitals as well as volunteering with Mother & Unborn Baby Care.
    Carl is survived by: his loving wife, Joann Fischer; sons: Cary and Dale; daughter, Debbie (Randy) Kositzke; and beloved (and favorite) grandchildren: Adam and Hannah Kositzke. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: June (Jim) Danback, Rita Gong, Don (Carol) Fischer, Earl (Dot) Fischer, Alan (Jane) Fischer, Ruth (Art) Miller, and their families. Carl is further survived by: mother-in-law, Claire Van Schyndel; his "brothers" and "sisters" in the John Van Schyndel family; close friends: Roy Ness and Chuck Wauters; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Clara; brothers: Kenneth and Charles Fischer; father-in-law, John Van Schyndel; and brother-in-law, David Gong.

    Edward A. Hartzheim, age 62, of Black Creek, passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side, Friday morning, September 16, 2011 following a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born on January 22, 1949, son of late Henry and Artista (Blaugh) Hartzheim. On March 27, 1976 he was united in marriage to Jill Kranzusch, in Appleton.
    Ed began his working career at Murphy's Construction and retired from Valley Express, Oshkosh. He was previously an over the road truck driver for 20 years. He also had a passion for farming and farmed in the Town of Cicero on the family homestead. He loved spending time with his grandsons and his many friends. Ed enjoyed breakfast at the Memory Mall in Nichols and was proud to say he made it to all 50 States after his recent visit to Alaska.
    He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in the Township of Cicero, and considered the members of his church his second family.
    Survivors include his wife Jill; daughters: Vicki (Ben) Van Vleet, Nichols; Dana Hartzheim (fianc? Colin DeCair), Champaign, IL: grandsons: Brandon, Jerad and Ethan; mother-in-law, Joyce Kranzusch, Appleton; sisters: Sharon (Robert) Dewey, Manitowoc; Janice Mitchell, Winter, WI; Joyce (John) Kranzusch, Florence; Rose (Pat) Bosshart, Freedom; many aunts, nieces and nephews; good friend, Ken Roskom.
    Preceded in death by his son Scott.
    Friends may call on Monday, September 19, 2011 at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour from 4-8 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Township of Cicero from 3:00 PM until services at 4:00 PM with Rev. Ty Stoneburner officiating.     Ed was a supportive, caring, and loving husband, father and grandfather. He never met a stranger, and everyone was a friend. He was kind, loyal and giving who was there for anyone who needed his help. He will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. We love you and miss you.
    A special thank you to Unity Hospice, the Bellin Cancer Team and the staff at Bellin Hospital. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.

    Hartzheim, Scott Allen
    Scott Allen Hartzheim, age 27, of Seymour, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 7, 2006. He was born November 15, 1979, in Appleton, the son of Edward and Jill (Kranzusch) Hartzheim. He was a 1998 graduate of Seymour Community High School and was employed with Appleton, and was formerly employed with Georgia Pacific, and Richco Structures. Scott enjoyed snowmobiling, Nascar, riding motorcycle and customizing his vehicles. He was a member of the Nichols Go Getters Snowmobile Club.
    He is survived by his parents: Ed and Jill Hartzheim, Black Creek; his two sisters: Vicki (Ben) Van Vleet, Nichols; Dana Hartzheim, Carbondale, IL; his paternal grandfather, Henry Hartzheim, Black Creek; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Kranzusch, Appleton; and his great-grandmother, Hilda Kriplean, Appleton.
    He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Kranzusch; and his paternal grandmother, Artista Hartzheim.
    Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 S. Main St., Seymour, on Sunday, December 10, 2006, from 5-8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, December 11, 2006, at the IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH - CICERO, N9580 County Rd. X, Black Creek, from 5 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6:30 p.m., with Reverend Ty Stoneburner officiating.
