    Coenen, Dorothy J.Dorothy J. Coenen, 89, 250 S. Ninth St., De Pere, died unexpectedly ear ly Wednesday morning, Oct. 17, 2001, at home. The daughter of the late Hen ry and Irene (Van Remortal) Coenen was born April 28, 1912, in De Pere. Do rothy was a life-long resident of De Pere. She worked at Nicolet-Milpri nt for many years, prior to retirement.Survivors include her two sisters, Sylvia Schumerth, Oshkosh; and Mary Coe nen, Allouez; one sister-in-law, Dorothy "Dolly'' Coenen, De Pere; many wo nderful nieces, nephews and friends, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-gr eat-nieces and great-great-nephews.Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Irene; two sister s, Alice Coenen, Mrs. Les (Florence) Biselx; one brother, Clem Coenen; a nd two brothers-in-law, Harold Schumerth and Les Biselx.Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Catholic Church, 2 20 S. Michigan St., De Pere, until time of service. Mass of Christian Buri al will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Re v. V. Anthony Dolski, officiating.     Mary E. Coenen, 95, Allouez, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Aug. 31, 2010, at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton.
    The daughter of the late Henry and Irene (Van Remortal) Coenen, was born May 6, 1915, in De Pere. Mary was an accountant and office manager at Cuene Buick for many years prior to her retirement.
    Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Alice Coenen, Dorothy Coenen, Sylvia (Harold) Schumerth, and Florence (Les) Biselx; and her brother, Clement (Dorothy) Coenen. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
    Family and friends may call at Resurrection Parish, 333 Hilltop Drive, Allouez, after 9:30 Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, until the time of the service. Mass will be celebrated at the church at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Bishop Robert Morneau officiating. Burial will be Saturday at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, De Pere. Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, 54115, is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Bay Area Humane Society.
    Mary's family would like to thank the staff at Cherry Meadows Hospice for their loving care and kindness during her time there.

    Paul Francis Peter Coenen, 71, of Cumming, GA died at home after a long illness on October 8, 2016. Born in Appleton, WI he was the son of the late Clement and Dorothy Coenen.
    Paul will best be remembered for his EFT work on the TYME system in Milwaukee. He was a loving husband, father and brother who will be greatly missed by his family.
    He is survived by his wife, Theresa "Terry" Coenen and son, Paul Michael Coenen of Cumming, GA; sisters, Carolyn (Dr. Henry) Saperstein of Baileys Harbor, WI, Christine (Keith) Garnett of Kohler, WI; brothers, Peter (Robin) Coenen of Lafayette, CA, John (Janice) Coenen of DePere, WI and Rick (Wendy) Coenen of Green Bay WI: and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Memorial services will be held in DePere, WI in the spring.
    In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul's memory to St. Norbert College (giving.snc.edu).
