My family background is as follows.Grandfather Martin George Gerrits Stanley, WI. his father Henry Gerri ts b. Dec. 20, 1879 d. Nov. 6, 1939 who married Petronella (Nellie) V an Gompel b. June 1885 d. about 1971. Henry moved with his wife and 14 c hildren to Boyd, WI, so our family has sketchy knowlege of the Little Chu te family. I think Peter may have been Henry's father, but I'm just not s ure. Henry's siblings are: George Gerrits, Jacob Gerrits, Martin Gerrits, Will iam Gerrits, Frank Gerrits (still living in Appleton, Wi, but has alzheime rs), John Gerrits (still living in Little Chute, Wi; but has alzheimers ), Harriet (Hattie) Gerrits Van Asten, Elizabeth Gerrits WyenbergWilhelmina (Minnie) Williamson, Nellie Gerrits Derks, Gertrude Gerrits V an Domelon.I would like to know this family's parents' names and grandparents name s. All of these family members attended St. John's Catholic church in Lit tle Chute, WI and were probably baptized, confirmed, married, and buried r ight there. The problem is that I live in Georgia and don't have acce ss to the church records. I have searched extensively on the internet, b ut each piece of information I find seems to be disputed someplace els e. Any information that you can give me on any of these people would be g reatly appreciated!Thanks so much!
