    Clarence J. Diermeier, age 78, of Black Creek, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008, at Cherry Meadows with his family by his side. He was born September 6, 1930, to the late Anthony and Mary (Nussbaum) Diermeier in Jackson, Minnesota. On August 7, 1951, he was united in marriage to Ethel Last. Clarence was employed with Center Valley Co-op for 44 years retiring in 1994. He then worked for his sons at Black Creek Hardware and Service. In 1997, he started working three part-time jobs: one for Outagamie County as a Court Bailiff, another for the City of Seymour, and his favorite, for Johnson's Hardware in Shiocton.
    He was a member of the Town of Center Fire Department serving for over 40 years. He was a 4-H Leader and also served on the Center Valley Credit Union Board. Clarence was also a member of the, Black Creek Lions Club, Knights of Columbus and St. Edward Catholic Church in Mackville.
    Survivors include his wife, Ethel, and their 16 children: Donna (Doug) Langner, Appleton; Linda (Glenn) Lemmers, Shiocton; Debra (Bruce) Nelson, New London; Patty (Bernie) Huettl, Eau Claire; Paula (Ray) Helms, Seymour; Teresa Abel, Larson; Tim Diermeier, Black Creek; Lori (Bill) Thiel, Seymour; Sara (Tom) Anderson, Iola; Bill Diermeier, Black Creek; Barb (Mike) Gregorius, Black Creek; Ron (Donna) Diermeier, Highland Village, TX; Angie (Doug) Main, Hortonville; Randy (Victoria) Diermeier, Houston, TX; Dean (Michelle) Diermeier, Eden Prairie, MN; Doug (Darla) Diermeier, Elk Mound; 37 grandchildren: David, Daniel, Dennis, Dianna, Debra (Mike), Glenn (Missy), Michael, Carl (Sara), Nick, Heather (Sam), B.J., Tony, Josh, Adam (Missi), Sarah, Chris (Becky), Kelly, Caroline, Kristen, Stephanie, Amanda (C.J), Nathan (Kellie), Isaac, Brooke, Brett, Kim (Mike), Michelle, Elizabeth, Spencer, Brandon, Matthew, Alexia, Abby, Ashton, Zachary, McKenna, Kamron; nine great-grandchildren: Brandon, Cole, Bella, Gianna, Emmalee, Carter, Alisha, Austin and Riley.     He was preceded in death by one son, Richard; mother and father-in-law, Willard and Francis (Van Straten) Last; brother-in-law, Willard (Helen) Last; brother-in-law, Floyd Minlschmidt; sister-in-law, Sue Diermeier; Godchildren: Bob Kramer and Sue Minlschmidt.
    Visitation will take place at St. Edward Catholic Church, Mackville on Thursday, December 18, 2008, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, December 19, 2008, at St. Edward Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with Father Mark Vander Steeg officiating. Burial immediately following in the parish cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Relay for Life of Seymour. Please direct donations to Relay for Life of Seymour, c/o Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 South Main St., Seymour, WI 54165.

    Marjorie Ann Kramer, 81, of Black Creek, died Thursday December 9, 2016 at Rennes Nursing Home. She was born in the Town of Ellington on June 19, 1935, daughter of the late Anton and Mary (Nussbaum) Diermeier. Marjorie married John Kramer on August 20, 1957.
    Marjorie and John were members of St. Edward Catholic Church, Mackville. She loved to garden, whether it was growing flowers or vegetables, she took great pride in her gardens. Marjorie enjoyed giving her vegetables to friends or even strangers who were in need. She was always willing to share with others. Marjorie was also very good at cooking and baking, her caramels were almost world famous. She loved to travel. Marjorie, John and their six children took an Alaskan cruise for their 50th wedding anniversary. It was a very special trip for her. Marjorie enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was walking along the creek, or helping her son Tom build his large snow houses in winter. Her greatest enjoyment came from time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grand children and great-grand children.
    Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, John; their six children: Thomas, Black Creek, Sharon (Mark) Hess, Greenville, Lawrence, Appleton, Donald, Black Creek, Jean (Chris) Graetz, Clintonville, and Jeffrey, Hortonville; three grand children: Megan (special friend, Ben Van Driel), Rachel, and Eric Hess; two great-grand children: Grace and Carson Van Driel; three sisters: Lois Klika, Alice Van Dyke (special friend, Ed), and Dorothy (Alvin) Kramer; brother: James (Jackie) Diermeier; and two sisters in-law: Ethel and Nancy Diermeier. Marjorie is further survived by numerous sisters in-law, brothers in-law, nieces and nephews. She was further preceded in death by two brothers: Clarence and Jerome Diermeier; and a sister in-law: Sue Diermeier.
    Mass of Christian burial for Marjorie will be 11:30 AM on Wednesday December 14, 2016, at ST. EDWARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, N2926 State Highway 47, Mackville, with Fr. Walter Stumpf officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday morning beginning at 9:30 until 11:15 AM, with Mass to follow at 11:30 AM. Burial will be in St. Edward Catholic Cemetery.
    Marjorie's family would like to extend a very special thank you to all of her doctors and the entire staff at Rennes Nursing Home, for all of their care and compassion.

    Jerome A. "Jerry" Diermeier, 68, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Jerry was born on December 24, 1944 to Tony and Mary (Nusbaum) Diermeier in Appleton.
    He married Susan Sager on October 16, 1965 and she preceded him in death on April 8, 1996. On August 22, 1998 he was united in marriage to Nancy Schaffer and they spent many wonderful years together. Jerry worked at Appleton Papers until his retirement in June of 2004 and was a member of the Century Club. He enjoyed fishing in Canada, playing cards, farming, gardening, listening to polka music, traveling, bird watching, cross word puzzles and reading. Jerry was also an avid Packer fan and enjoyed the winter especially snow blowing whenever he could.
    Jerry is survived by his wife Nancy Diermeier, three children; Mike (Carol) Diermeier, of Pickett, Brian (Stacey) Diermeier, of Oshkosh, and Shelly (Dan) Lucas, of Kaukauna, four grandchildren; Jordon Lucas, Megan and Bryce Diermeier, and Jake Lucas, three step children; Julie (special friend Kyle) Kohl, of Appleton, Kathy (Ralph) Piper, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, and John (special friend Katy) Miller of Green Bay, six step grandchildren; Tyler and Trenten Woelfel, Seth Cooney, Madison Piper, Brodie and Rachel Kohl, brothers and sister, Lois Klika, Marjorie (John) Kramer, Alice (special friend Ed) Van Dyke, Dorothy (Alvin) Kramer, James (Jackie) Diermeier, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Ethel Diermeier, Susan (Don) Reeve, Ted (Linda) Schaffer, James (Pat) Schaffer, Robert (Cherie) Sager, Steve (Barb) Sager, Scott (Deb) Sager, Peg (Jim) Gorges, his mother-in-law, Sally Sager, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Susan, his father-in-law Milton Sager, a brother Clarence, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law; Matt and Lorraine Schaffer.
    The funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 4:00 PM at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer St. with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 PM until the time of the mass at the church.
    Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com. The family would like to thank Kris at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Dr. Baum for all the wonderful care Jerry received during his stay there. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
