    Obituary:
Dale Lamine Combined Locks - Dale W. Lamine, 69, of Combined Locks, WI passed away on Wednesday December 13, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dale was born July 21, 1948 to William and Mabel (Brice) Lamine, in Kaukauna, WI. On June 16, 1973 he married Rose (Vosters) and they enjoyed many wonderful years together with their four children and families. Dale was a Kaukauna High graduate and spent time serving our country as a military police officer before joining the Kimberly police force, followed by years in the insurance industry. In 1986 he took a leap of faith, changing career paths and founded Best Wash, Best Equipment and later, Clear Water Car Wash, all businesses still running locally and in the family today.
Dale is survived by Rose, his sons and daughter, Jason (Amanda) Lamine, Jeremie (Tammy) Lamine, Andrea (Ryan) Schaumberg, and Dean (Melissa) Lamine; 9 grandchildren Adeline, Elizabeth, Jackson, Alexander, Sophia, Cameron, Grant, Brock and Brooklyn; 5 sisters Joyce Rott, Phyllis Hinkens, Mary Ann Sorenson, Karen Wenzlaff, and Donna Beasley; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Marie, and brothers-in-law.
Dale enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and cooking. He was good in the kitchen - when Dale was cooking, we were all truly enjoying! Sunday family dinners were a source of pride for him. He also volunteered for many years at Restore and enjoyed woodworking in his free time. He created many hand-crafted pieces of furniture for family and friends over the years. One of his favorite places to relax was at the lake in Winneconne where he could enjoy a quiet read on the porch and then indulge in the fun and chaos that came with family cottage weekends. He was blessed with good friendships and by those who could appreciate his dry sense of humor, especially Tom Graverson, and his Winneconne "coffee guys" who could match him wit for wit.
Our time with Dale was altogether too short, but as we look to celebrate his life, a gathering will be held on Monday, December 18 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at St. Paul Catholic Church, 410 E. Wallace St., Combined Locks. A Memorial fund is being established. Boettcher Family Funeral Home, (920) 766-2099 www.boettcherfamilyfuneralhome.com
A special note of thanks to Dr. Jamie Van Gompel and his team at Mayo Clinic, and additional gratitude to the staff at Aspire Assisted Living for their care and compassion.
